From the first moment I walked into this establishment, it has been one pleasant experience after the next. I was looking for a more personable experience after visiting Visionworks. Additionally, I was looking to get out of glasses and into contacts as glasses are annoying to have to continue to clean, etc. Hunter has been amazing! Anytime I had a question or concern, she was able to provide an answer. She also helped me with pickup instructions for after hours which is VERY helpful for those of us who cannot leave work early all the time to get there before they close. Next, I forgot his name and it is a shame, but he was the technician that assisted Dr. Zadeh in preparing the eye exam and teaching me out to put in and take out the contact lenses. He was super helpful in answering questions and ensured I was comfortable and could see well with these new contacts. Last but not least, Dr. Zadeh is not only friendly and kind, but very personable and easy to talk to. I didn't feel like I was just another # for him while he listened to my explanation of symptoms and diagnosed the issue. He also was able to do something no other clinic has been able to do. My eyes "compete" with each other and this can cause extreme tension headaches. Theses were very common when I was wearing glasses but the contacts that were prescribed to me help reduce this "competition" and I can honestly say my eyes feel SO much better. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone in need of eye-care. I could not be happier with my experience!

I walked in without an appointment and was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming hello. The eye exam was the most comprehensive I've had in years. The doctor explained everything and answered all my questions which left me with confidence that I came to the right place. The optometrist showed me numerous selections and offered his advice on the best type of sunglasses for my blue eyes.

Dr Pravda is THE absolute best. I've used him for many years. I'm a type 1 diabetic with complicated eye problems. He is better than most opthalmologists. He takes his time- never rushes, and is so caring and kind. I FEAR the day he retires. He is one of a kind & IRREPLACEABLE!!! Thank you Dr Pravda!!!

Additional insights on Total Vision Optical operation. My husband went there last week, not sure why, perhaps he forgot to avoid that place. Person who served him charged him out of pocket because was not able to use the insurance we have. When I asked why, I got a very unpleasant confrontation with the staff, including manager Xavier, very unfriendly person. His reaction to conversation what happened was "we did not ask him to come" or "you don't have to come here". Of course we will not go in there anymore. Noone should. Total Vision Optical is a total disappointment. I don't understand who gave the store 5 stars. Do the owners fabricate the reviews? Or delete everything with fewer stars? I went to the store a couple of months ago to order progressive eyeglasses. I paid up front for the lenses and frames I picked in there. On my way home I visited a few eyeglass stores and found out the frames I picked at the Total Vision Optical are highly overpriced. I bought different frames and went back to the Total Vision Optical store to change them. The store employees were not happy and it came to almost an argument before they agreed to use my frames. The eyeglasses were done quickly but unfortunately they came out useless. I am not able to see correctly. I went back to the store and was told it is possible to fix the lenses but I need to see their doctor as my prescription might not be right. I said I don’t want to change the prescription beacuse I am sure it is correct and will come back. I did come back but not right away because I was traveling and was very busy at work. It has passed a couple of months when I visited the store again. This time I was told my eyeglasses cannot be fixed, it is too long and the prescription was not from them. There were no options to resolve the issue, the store employees were very defensive and argumentative... In a summary, I was charged $350 for something that is useless. Money thrown away. Please! Avoid the Total Vision Optical store.There are many great places in the neighborhood, this one deserves 0 stars.

The service and quality of care was above and beyond at every level. Dr. Cooper is just amazing. So personable, caring and a advocate for the health and well being of your eyes.

Dr. Bernstein is really great. He’s efficient, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I like that we can get a scan with the OCT fundus camera; gives me peace of mind we aren’t missing anything and that we have a baseline to compare in the future. This Target Optical location is super convenient, and the staff in the main area are also very nice and professional.

Amazing experience ! I have “eye phobia” and everyone made me feel welcome and calm. Dr Bittar is excellent, knowledgeable and did a complete exam and kept me informed throughout the entire experience. The front office staff was perfect and the optician helped me find the perfect frames ! The office was clean and modern. I highly recommend and have already booked my annual follow up.

Optometry visit was efficient. Appointment started on time. Equipment was clean and modern. Doctor provided direct explanations without unnecessary commentary. Glasses were ready within the estimated window. No issues. Straightforward service from beginning to end.

Don't like waiting on hold for 20 minutes and then getting an answering machine during business hours. Congratulations on being so busy that you don't need new customers.

FANTASTIC experience from start to finish! Purchased contacts and my very first pair of Glasses. Dr.Schaefer, B and Kim helped me all the way through with Great personalities, attitude and attention! Highly recommend this location!!
