Dr. Malik and his technicians did a great job. My vision improved significantly. They did my right eye in December of 2022 and my vision was greatly improved. I could not believe that my vision would get that much better. In January 2023 Dr. Malik did my left eye. My vision got even better! The laser procedure only took three or four minutes per eye. At 72 years old I thought I was destined to have poor vision. Not true! Dr. Malik gave me a life changing event. Thank you Dr. Malik and the staff at Eye Specialists of Rockford.

I was headed to another eyeglass store and saw this one. The gentleman who helped me (Trent) was kind and helpful. He was honest and didn’t tell me glasses looked good just to make a sale. I picked some good ones, and he helped me compare them to other glasses that I liked. It was quick and easy to check out. Very good experience.

This doc is the bee's knees! He's so funny and personable and he always makes sure that the prescription really works. Last year, he sent me home with a bunch of disposable contacts because I was going on vacation and wouldn't have time to order real contacts, and this year he let me come back for a follow up appointment a couple of times because I've been having some issues with a contact fit on one eye due to astigmatism. I really can't rave about him enough.

Nice office and friendly staff, as a new patient you can make an appointment and be seen promptly when you show up with very little wait time. Great selection of Ray Ban frames. I've already recommended Aloha Family Optometry to my friends and let them know I had a good experience.

THE WORST staff. Wait times are horrible, staff doesn't know how to schedule and you'll be waiting over an hour even if you get there eearly. Twice I've showed up and told my daughter can't be seen because her insurance referral expired and that we need new ones. The staff should check and make sure before the actual visit. When you tell them they catch attitudes and become unprofessional I wish there was 0 stars

Dr. Barrows is amazing!! I went for eye checkup and ordering first time ever contact lenses, Dr. Explained everything in detail and provided necessary guidance for handling contact lenses. Also, front desk optician was great in assisting and providing options for different type of glasses and contact lenses. Highly recommend this place, comparatively fairly priced too.

I just probably just had the best customer service in all of 2023. I came in to get new padding on glasses and the manger Ms Sara did way more then that. She put the padding in, cleaned them, tightened all the screws, and adjusted them all for free. She definitely an angel sent from heaven and made me feel like family. Customer service A+++
