I first went to Dr. Brian in 2020, I had a eye exam and purchased a new pair of glasses. Great experience!! I loved the quality and comfort of my new glasses. This year I went back to get an updated eye prescription and new lenses, plus I wanted to get prescription sunglasses using my own Oakley half jacket frames. I've worn Oakley sunglasses for decades, so I am pretty attached to that brand for their comfort and functionality. Unfortunately, the lab was having trouble, the lenses were not passing their quality control, and it was taking a long time. When I asked the staff if I could go ahead a just have them returned and get a refund, Dr. Brian jumped into action to confirm the issues at the lab. I really wanted sunglasses before going on a month long vacation. Well, Dr. Brian began searching for frames that would meet my criteria, I was thinking that I would end up with something less functional and comfortable than Oakley. Dr. Brian suggested a particular pair of Ray Bans, I tried them on and they were just as comfortable as the Oakley's! I have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now, and I love them!!! I am so grateful to Dr. Brian going above and beyond to find the perfect solution to a disappointing situation. He was successful, I am 100% satisfied with the end product! A big thank you to Dr. Brian AND his very helpful and friendly staff!!!

They always take great care of my eye healthcare situation there, to go anywhere else, would be foolish !

This was me and my son first coming to this location. When you come in they greet you and get you checked in with your appointment. Very professional and polite. Dr. Pham he was very helpful and so nice to my son and explained everything to him about how to take care of his contacts. What you should do and don’t do and he explained the proper way to take care of the contacts for the first time wearing them so that a child could understand.

What an arrogant receptionist you got there ! Not helping first and and such a terrible attitude. Wish it could connect to someone more knowledgeable and willing to help.

I took my father in for a VA evaluation. We were greeted by two of the nicest front desk staff ever. Very courteous, professional, and had a smile on their face. The tech Victoria was amazing! She was patient with my father and explained everything she was doing, which eased his anxiety. The doctor was thorough and had great bedside manner. They have an amazing optical by the way. The entire staff was amazing and the office itself was very beautiful.

I just had my first Annual visit with Dr. Tu and his staff. They were professional, passionate, knowledgeable and comforting. I would highly recommend this office for any and all eye care. The employees of Mt Pleasant Eyeglass World were so friendly, helpful and kind. Particularly India who took time with me to be sure I was 100% satisfied and that my glasses were a perfect fit. I highly recommend this company.

Dr. Jeffery is a very knowledgable and helpful optometrist. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and the whole eye exam process was great. They'll take good care of you there!
