This girl Erika is the coldest at what she do. I don’t like wearing lashes but when she did them it made me feel differently about them.

My elementary-aged daughter recently had her first appointment here and we had a fantastic experience! Dr. Fell was very personable and I appreciated that he was not rushed. He even took the time to recommend sport goggles for my son, and it wasn’t his appointment! I also want to give a shout out to the amazing optician, Nicole, who helped my daughter find glasses and get the right fit. When we came back to pick them up she stayed past closing time to help me with my son’s glasses. Overall such a great experience!

Mark and David are awesome! I Had a great experience. They helped me pick out glasses, and provided fair, competitive prices on glasses and contacts. I took my time picking out my items and they were very relaxed, suggesting great frames, and very helpful answering all my questions . I never felt rushed.

Somehow I had a tear in my retina. The staff was phenomenal. Dr. Kim was awesome too! . He explained what was happening in my eye and what needed to be done to repair . Then the procedure was done fast and efficient. I was very impressed with it all. Thank you! Thank you!

Always a pleasant atmosphere. Little waiting time. Dr Sachs explains everything very clearly and always ask if you have any concerns or questions. I have been going to Dr. Sachs for many years and never had an issue. He always calls personally after any surgeries/procedures. I highly recommend him and appreciate his services. Anne OToole

They worked hard to schedule an appointment to their other locations closer to my home. Dr Le cared about the health of my eyes not just wanting to sell glasses. It was a good experience.

If I could give him no stars, I would. He is a pompous, conceited blowhard. Kept me waiting nearly 2 hours past my appt. time, talked down to me, and smirked the whole time. After keeping me waiting for HIM 2 hours, he told me the test I had been referred to him for was an hr long test and he'd do the first half now and the 2nd at another appt. because "I'm not going to have my girl stand there for 1/2 an hour waiting for the results of the 1st half." I said "I waited 2 hrs. for you. When I went to Optix, they did the test in 1 appt." He smirked and said "Well, do you want to go back to Optix?" Then he wanted to dialate my eyes for another test. I told him I drove myself there & had nobody to drive me home. He told me I could drive myself home. When I told him I've perception difficulties with this test and had been told to always have someone with me to drive, he said "All of my patients drive home afterwards." When he left the exam room to set up the test, I walked out to the front desk and asked to pay my copay so I could leave. They were astounded. They asked him and he told them there was no charge. You BET there was no charge. I should also mention I had called them from the road prior to the appt. to tell them I can't find parking , so I 'm not late , I just can't park yet. They answered the phone "NY Ophthalmology Please Hold" and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. They did this twice. I walked in the office with my phone still on hold and NOBODY was on the phone. They are AWFUL there. RUN AWAY.

When looking for the best doctor to care for yourself and your family some of the qualities we look for is a well structured practice, customer service, knowledge, and trust. We've been patients of Dr. Itharat for quite a few years and we have nothing to say but compliment him and his staff on the excellent services they've provided us. Once we learned about him opening his own practice it wasn't hard to decide we would follow him wherever he went. It was also very comforting to have someone on duty when I had a little emergency two weekends ago. When I called his practice there was someone willing to check me out and making himself available to see me within minutes. We do appreciate all dedication and care!

I took my family there and I will not be going there again. The girls that work there don't have any hospitality and seem to be in a bad mood. While me and my family were waiting one of the girls working told a family that they could not sit on a couch because they had three people. They could comfortably fit all 3 people but she broke up the family in the office for no reason.
