GREAT SERVICE! Check it out and ask for MIKE! Today was my first time buying prescription glasses from Costco. It was a easy and I enjoyed the experience! Mike helped me and I hope he can help you, too! His service was informative, prompt and not at all pushy. THANK YOU MIKE! I'm excited to pick up both of my new pairs of glasses in 5-7 days!

Went two times in like a week both times they were helpful, second time Jocelyn went above and beyond fixing my glasses for me. She even helped me pick pairs that would fit my big head when other spots just said “oh somewhere over there” she showed me all the ones that would be good for me. Definitely will be coming back to get a new pair.

I think the overall expertise is excellent, however follow up care leaves a little to be desired. I call this morning because l needed my glasses adjusted, l was hoping to stop after work around 430pm for a quick , probably 10min appointment. I was told l couldn't be seen til the following Monday. Really? I chose to go to your practice for a reason, l guess customer service isn't one of them.l should be able to walk in for a simple adjustment. I am kinda disappointed that l have to wait 5 days…

I highly recommend Dr Onishi. He never rushes, and spends all the time needed to answer questions and make helpful suggestions. I've gone to him for my eye care for years and count on him to take care of me in the future.

I loved it. They make the eyeglasses really fast, the same day of your appointment. Usually at other eyeglasses places, I would have to wait 2 weeks to a month for them to send me my eyeglasses. At Eyemart Express, the eyeglasses are done the same day. Dr. Brel Clark is a great optometrist. Tracy is awesome as well, she is patient, sweet, kind. Antoinette is a nice lady as well, too. Spectacular customer service - 100% highly recommend Eyemart Express. I recently got 2 new pairs of eyeglasses. They were completed in an hour.

Irma Dr. Canseco’s assistant is terrific. I think she makes a big effort to make me feel comfortable and let me know what to expect. She told me about my dry eye evaluation and explained everything in detail. She is absolutely the best

I enjoyed my visit with Dr Frank very much. He was friendly and efficient. I usually never go back to the same eye doctor because they tend to be pushy and rude. However, I will continue to see Dr Frank as long as I can because I've finally found a good match for me. Additionally the location was convenient and the staff was kind and organized.

I’ve been going there for three years and we’ll continue to see him. Super nice courteous and explains everything so you have a complete understanding what’s going on with your eyes.

The staff are so kind and aknowledgeable. Ask for Cynthia or Miracle they will help you out with a smile.Micheal Kalustian is the most knowledgeable eye doctor I have ever had. He explained things to be in a way that was easy to understand. He listens and that's super important to me. This was my first visit and this will be my new optometrist
