My appointment was great. Everyone is always nice and curious. Dr. Ball nurse is always helpful. Dr Ball always dose a wonderful examination. He always talk as he doing his examination and that let's me know what's going on with my eyes. I really do like him.

Dr. Reingold restored my vision to perfection. Grateful.

I stopped in the Michigan Ave location with my husband while visiting Chicago. I am a patient/customer of MyEyeDr in Atlanta. My husband’s glasses were in need of an adjustment and repair. The staff of this location could not have been nicer or more welcoming. They went out of the way to take care of his glasses. They went above and beyond, terrific customer service! I am a MyEyeDr fan for life.

Dr. Yang himself is great at communicating and helping you understand the intricacies of the eye. But, all doctor's offices have a high dependence on good staff. The staff now (Summer 2023) is great again as they were many years ago, but there have been several years where that was not the case (but Dr. Yang has always been good).

Dr Hayden did my dads eye surgery. This is my dads review! Terry Kennedy: I highly recommend Dr. Gregory Hayden and his staff! I came to him with some very serious eye issues, some of which I wasn’t even aware of, hidden dangers that could have robbed me completely of my sight. Dr. Hayden made me feel very comfortable as we embarked on a treatment journey together. He explained everything to me, and was extremely professional and caring in his treatment. I am happy with the results., and grateful to Dr. Hayden beyond measure!

The ladies are very kind and compassionate. Answering all of my questions. Dr Masi always has a wonderful disposition. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. My lens replacement surgery was painless and very successful. Still 20/20 vision some 7 years later 👀 …

I had an emergency and needed contacts. I called everywhere and luckily Jay picked up at GEM. He kindly gave me a pair of samples to hold me off and I made an appointment for new ones. They were the only place that did the kind gesture for me and I am so grateful. I came to my appointment and the doctor went above and beyond. He was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions and more. For the topping their prices are wonderful for someone who doesn’t have eye insurance and have to pay out of pocket. Definitely check them out for your eye care.

Great Customer service!! Employees really seem to enjoy their job. Thank you Jackie and Anthony (made my day)!!! Both ever professional and humorous.

Dr. Hall was efficient, professional and easy to work with. She explained every step of our process, which matters to me. She answered all my questions patiently, in layman's terms, without resorting to high flown language. I appreciated her concern for my well-being. And I"m glad she explained my options for filling my prescription.
