Amiara was my LensCrafters consultant today and she was amazing! She spent a full hour helping me select and purchase two pairs of glasses. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable and guided me through the complicated insurance process making sure I understood my options while getting me the best possible price. Amiara was warm and welcoming and made today’s experience very pleasant, I hope LensCrafter’s appreciates what a wonderful employee they have. I will certainly be sending my friends in to do business with her.

Very bad customer service, I do not in any way recommend EyeC Optometry. I went in for an eye exam and took the doctor’s recommendations and ordered contacts. Later that day I realized that the lens for my right eye really wasn’t doing anything to improve the vision. So first thing the next morning — less than 24 hours after ordering— I called to cancel that part of the order and was told that their office policy is that they don’t allow cancellations, period. Less than 24 hours after placing the order, an order that was not customized in any way, just a standard off-the-shelf contact prescription. I offered to pay any cancellation fee, still they said they can’t. Interestingly, they were able to cancel the order with the manufacturer but then had to keep the money as a credit on my account instead of refunding it. So, clearly, cancelling the order wasn’t the real problem, they just didn’t want to let go of my money. The other reason for the low review is that the staff are not well trained. The woman who did the first part of my exam was visibly nervous, struggled with some of the equipment, and completely fumbled one of the tests such that the Dr. Had to redo it to get an accurate reading. Then the person in charge of doing the ordering quoted me one price for the contacts, then was surprised to find out that multi-focal lenses cost more!

The staff are great. Everyone is so nice. I work in the medical field and am picky about where I go for care. Dr. Nguyen is so nice and personable and I trust what she is telling me. I always get in and out quickly but feel like all of my needs were addressed and the appointment was thorough.

I’ve been using glasses for the large majority of my life and have been to countless optometrists, so believe me when I say that Dr. Jost and his team are the best of the best! Check in was so smooth, they even had my insurance information ready to go before i walked in the door. The office is clean, modern, and spacious. The modern tech makes getting your eyes checked so easy and painless. As someone with a genetic eye condition I found that Dr. Jost was very knowledgeable and took his time to address my every concern. He made sure he was thorough in his exam and that I was comfortable every step of the way. Randi was amazing and helped me pick out the nicest looking frames I think i’ve ever owned. Overall I am so happy with the services I received here and would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jost and his team to everyone. Exceptional care like this is rare to come by.

Ester was absolutely amazing! My daughter lost her glasses at school & Ester got her a new pair overnighted! She was so friendly, understanding, & helped my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses very quickly in the "special locked drawer" that weren't on display! My daughter felt so special! I couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you so much Ester! This is our new home store for our entire family! We won't go anywhere else!

Check-in was quick and easy. My appointment started on time, and I feel very confident in the diagnosis and advice I received. Very professional and friendly staff.

The team is great. My glasses broke within a month of buying them, and the process of replacing them was quick and smooth. I definitely recommend and will buy again from here. The only thing I didn’t like is that I felt a bit rushed to decide for my glasses and when i picked them up, but overall I had a good experience 😊 …

I’ve been going to this Pearle Vision for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! First, the eye exam with Dr. Mihelic is very comfortable and he always makes sure that my eyes are healthy and that my prescription is just right. Then the staff on the glasses side are all so helpful in selecting glasses, figuring out insurance, and placing orders. For the first time ever, I had a problem with my lenses and Cheryl took care of the problem and ordered me new lenses with no questions asked. Her fast handling of the issue and excellent customer service was so appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process and with this Pearle Vision!
