While the hours of operation are clearly listed on their website and various other sites. Me, being the genius that i am, decided to go at a time when they weren't open, and guess what? They were closed. Now i'm mad. So while i have never set foot inside i feel it is fair to leave a negative review. Guess I'll go check out Wally World* with the munchkins instead. Not sure what "spike-dumping" is either, but i guess i'll give that a try as well. Given the reputation of said eye center, i'm sure even that will be better. ;)

I was seen by Dr. Vyoma Shah a while ago and she was the sweetest doctor I have ever met. She was had such welcoming smile with and without her mask. She answered all my questions (I had a lot) willingly and in way I could understand. She wasn’t even supposed to be my doctor that day, my doctor had something to attend to on short notice and Dr. Shah, who had many patients of her own to attend to, made time to fit me into her schedule and even did it with a smile on her face. My only complaint with Eye Medical Center is that they didn’t tell me that my doctor wasn’t coming until 30-40 minutes into me waiting past my scheduled appointment time, but I’m sure there was good reason, they may have just been trying to get organized after a total shift in their day due to unforeseen circumstances. I didn’t mind the wait. I understood and was just so grateful that Dr. Shah has so much patience to go above and beyond to be of service to patients whether they are hers or not. Definitely recommend Dr. Shah and Eye Medical Center.

Cute store. Really expensive frames. The front desk staff were rude, condescending to me about me being unaware of an alternative procedure they wanted to do that wasn’t covered by insurance. I ended up leaving without getting an exam bc I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The whole cateract surgery process was excellent! I had my left eye done and will return in two weeks to have my right eye done. There was no pain at all.

This was my first time at Nolwok, and the woman there, Hye-rim, was incredibly rude. And reservations aren't necessary. Expect a wait of at least an hour. And Hye-rim, as expected, made it a given. She was very firm about it. It was scary. I'll never go back again.

Can't say enough about this team. Through no fault of Gresham Vision, my discontinued frames were lost at the manufacturers lab. They let me know of the issue and we decided on a comparable frame. I was admittedly disappointed, but what can you do... things happen. Little did I know, Denise and Makala worked behind the scenes to find an exact replacement. I did not expect this outcome! They went far above and beyond to correct the unfortunate situation, which again, they had no control over. Grateful for this office and their service!

Yesterday I had an eye emergency and Dr. Bradley’s staff was so accommodating they worked me in and made sure I got done everything I needed and the process was so easy and they faxed all needed paperwork to my doctors thank you!

Excellent service!! The optometrist is very knowledgeable, and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend.

When I used to schedule my eye exams, I was more concerned about available times than I was about which doctor I saw. My priorities changed after my first appointment with Dr. Thielke. Dr. Thielke is an excellent medical provider. He holds patient care in the highest regard, communicates directly and effectively, and actively listens to my questions and concerns. I trust him implicitly. Now, I make sure I schedule all my eye exams with Dr. Thielke, regardless of how long I need to wait to get on his calendar. He’s the best.
