I had an appointment & was seen quickly. Very quickly. I felt rushed from 1 station to the next & also while I was in each station. A woman technition made an uncalled for snarky comment at me & the pick-out-your-frames lady 'recommended' a sight-enhancing layer put over the lens. $325 frames/ lens/ layer. Apparently layer cannot be purchased & applied to my Medical lens. What's up w/ that? Her manner felt demeaning, directed towsrd my income level. Remember: this is in the heart of The Mission & they service lots of families w/ lots of kids... Not a quiet clinic but friendly + efficie nt for the most part. Oh yeah. I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my nothing-special-at-all, ordinary prescription glasses...

Frames broke a short time after receiving the glasses. When I went it to have them repaired I was told that the only way the frame could have broken was if the frame was bent backwards (it wasn't) so they would not pay for the repair. Beside being rather rude, the employee would not even consider that the frames might have been defective from the start.

I always go here to get my glasses fix. The staff is very friendly. The waiting time is not long. They have different styles of variety of glasses you can choose from. The glass technician is also very welcoming. They help as much as they can. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a clean professional atmosphere

My prescription on my new glasses is so disappointing. I literally can not see out of them and they give me a hesache when I wear them. I am very disappointed after waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive. Can't see.....what a bummer.

Quality! Glasses look NEW! Nose pad was missing, painful. Repair price extremely low. This business earns our support! Pride in workmanship.

Absolutely horrible. Her staff and her self are rude and not helpful at all. I literally took my son mid-exam and walked out. I asked basic questions for clarification and was snapped at by her staff member and when we sought for help from the Dr. she wasn't any less rude. So I took my $200 and son and booked an appointment at another optometrist. I highly recommend you do the same. I am not one to complain and have a high tolerance for rudeness, but this office was out of place. This review is for her office at the Costco off of Cabot.

What an amazing office and team. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt like an honored guest. The team was very courteous and patient with me, especially by offering so many details on what was happening with my eye as well as detailing the process to correct the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Bryan P. Williams and his team.

They say on their website they take partnership but they don't take partnership after calling them and going through the runabout with them so don't believe everything you read

Best experience I have ever had when getting an eye exam and glasses! Staff was friendly, helpful, funny, and work as a team. Prices were great and the manager personally helped me when 1 of the pairs I purchased wasn't working out. Also, came in a full week before I expected them. Love this place
