Dr Timothy V. Johnson is a very knowledgeable doctor and staff is friendly and I have no issues with my care whatsoever. I think anyone interested in LASIK should consider him and trust that he will be top notch with your care.

I was very happy with my experience at The Eye Surgery Center. The most difficult part of my experience was my own reservations about having the surgery, and the staff was extremely kind and reassuring. Every part of this experience was astounding, including the amazing improvement after cataract surgery. Thank you!

Simply amazing! Eye doctors here are awesome, I went to get my eyes checked and they were very quick and knew what they were doing. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses too. They are very precise with all the measurements, so the glasses fit your face and make sense. Overall, come to Visionare Eye consultants for the eye doctors and if you want a very good pair of prescription glasses!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Dr. Medina. She took the time to educate me on how to maintain good eye health and what to expect in the future as we age and our vision changes. I would highly recommend this practice. The entire staff was very warm, attentive and welcoming.

I stopped by this office last week and had a very pleasant experience. The doctor was thorough with the examination and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I also want to highlight the front desk staff, Thao and Thuy, who assisted me before and after the exam. They were extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, and very accommodating. This is coming from someone who is very demanding and knows exactly what they want. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this office.

Occulus Optometry met my high expectations. The staff is good about working the insurance to the best use for what I wanted in the way new glasses. Love the space, and expertise of the Optometrist. She is amazing and accurate. I have the best 'computer glasses' I've ever owned -- specially dialed-in for my hundreds of hours of online development. (yes, we're actual clients, this is NOT a paid placement of any kind). Also: very good COVID protocol management - safe and useful.

My absolutely favorite place for all vision needs. Ultimate quality of lenses, glasses were ready in 2 days! Their technician is amazing. When my child’s glasses broke, he made one good pair out of 2 broken ones in 5 minutes and didn’t charge a penny. Dr. Gonzalez and her staff are also the best. They are very attentive and take their time to give you the best service possible. Everyone who works there, super helpful and they make you feel at ease. We could not ask for more.thank you!

I’ve trusted NEO with my eyes for decades. They have always taken good care of me and I would recommend them highly. Dr Lohan has done surgery on me and my husband. Dr Muckley takes care of my eyes and all of my checkups and eye drop prescriptions. Great office staff.

I’ve been their customer for the past five years. Unfortunately, I’ll have to drop them. Their front desk representative and doctors are fine, but the issues are: [1] the associate (not sure of their title) who will help the doctor key in the data and suppose to explain the insurance and cost/fee for you. The associate that I worked with in 2022 did the 🙄 face all the time, and the tone he spoke was disrespectful in person or on the telephone. This morning I had another phone call with him. Again he not only did not change his working attitude but also spoke in an even worse disrespectful tone. ---- this is the final straw that made me leave them forever. [2] the lady who will call you to confirm the appointment date. She will selectively fill into doctors' schedules based on her mood. If she's happy that day, you'll get an appointment asap. If she had a bad day, the next appointment that she booked for you would be 2.5 months later, and you'll have to ask her to check the schedule very nicely and comfort her, and suddenly there will be available slots popups. 🤷🏻‍♀️ [3] they never call my preferred name. I know it's personal, but by not calling my preferred name, there may be a chance that they have not carefully read all the data/forms I submitted. [4] very few Asian-fit frame selections. Most frames are out of fashion and not cute (ugly). -------- I hope this review is helpful!
