Very good doctor.

,the optical department pricing is ridiculously high and the wait time to receive your glasses exceeds 3 weeks, We also had an issue with the front desk, they had me scheduled for a completely different exam than i requested and they had my husband down for a diabetic exam and he isn't even diabetic! The receptionists argued with me about this for over 10 minutes before correcting the error

Where to start? First, this place left me waiting in my car for hours for my appointment. It was during Covid, so I tried to be understanding of the situation, but when you are sitting in a car during the winter for hours with the car running, only to discover that the entire office left for the day without calling you in for your scheduled appointment (when they asked you to stay waiting in the car), well… a person does get a little frustrated! Next came the you-have-to-pay-us-270-dollars-even-though-it-was-our-staff-that-scheduled-you-too-soon-for-your-appt-for-insurance-to-cover-it. I get it. Ultimately, it is the patient’s responsibility to remember when, last year, they went for their annual refraction, however, when that patient is going to the same said practice for several other appointments that same year due to special eye conditions, it does leave that patient at a little bit of a disadvantage in trying to remember. And then to hear, “Yes, we made a mistake in doing this, but this is a person who no longer works here so we can’t go back and retrain her.” Well, perhaps after admitting that, you might consider giving a patient partial credit, since you admit that the person was fired because they obviously weren’t doing their job correctly? Finally, the frosting on the cake was when one of the new doctors said that they would no longer prescribe contact lenses for me. No reason given. I paid the 270 dollars and left for good. Caveat emptor!

I have been going to Optometrists of Lansing for decades and have no intentions of ever going anywhere else. Everyone at this practice has been great to work with through the 40+ years. And Dr. Carrigan is the best; he listens and takes time with you. I give them 10 stars!!!

I spent several months attempting to purchase replacement lenses for my eyeglasses... After being told my order could not be placed over the phone , I went to the store several times , each time I was told the computer system was not working and my prescription could not be found . Months later (today) I was told that my order could be placed over the phone , but , conveniently, my prescription has expired and I would have to pay for another examination. I see absolutely no reason to ever visit this location again , and advise against ever coming here for any reason.

Doctor Amini is Great. Office Employees are very nice and helpful. The wait time is horrible. Three hours before we left the office. There's supposed to be another Specialist coming in, so that should help with the wait time!😃 …

The staff here are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Dr. Gottlieb likes to talk with his patients about their lives and follow up with them in future visits, a nice personal touch. The front desk is very courteous and helpful with sign in and insurance questions. The optical staff are WONDERFUL if you need assistance deciding on a pair of glasses! Not only will they listen to your desires and price range, they will provide honest feedback on how it looks. I've been coming here for years and never have buyers remorse. I recommend Sharper Vision to anyone, but because of this convenience I especially recommend it to glasses wearers.

It was fast and easy to get an appointment! The receptionist were all friendly and very helpful. I only waited about a minute before I was called in back for my eye exam! Dr. Nicole is great! She is super friendly, kind, compassionate, and takes time answering all of your questions and concerns. I asked her to show me different slides again during the eye exam and said i'm sorry and she said there's no need to be sorry! She didn't get annoyed or anything! I would highly recommend anyone coming here for eye services!

Give yourself the gift of sight without the use of glasses or contacts…YOU ARE WORTH IT! Best investment that anyone can ever make 👀 When you consider the cost of eye exams and glasses or contacts in the span of 10-15years, it’s makes so much more sense to use that towards Lasix. Initial assessment is free and my counselor Katie was attentive to my inquiries(multiple emails) and recovery. The surgical team is the best, they were so enthusiastic and reassuring throughout the process 👍🏼👍🏼 Highly recommend Wellish Vision to everyone, thankful for my optometrist for referring me to them 💜

Highly recommend. My daughter has had glasses for over 5 years and she has never had such a thorough exam done. Doctor used four different machines that she had never had done ever and even checked her old glasses. Even explained her vision needs. Glass came in a timely manner, and delivery was excellent. Doctor didn't just hand her the glasses but he had her try them on adjusted them so they rest on her face properly and even had her read letters again to make sure the prescription was perfect. Will definitely be back.
