I made an appointment here for Wednesday. They called to confirm my appointment on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. I confirmed my appointment 2 times. When I arrived I was told my appointment was canceled and I would have to reschedule. The lady had made a mistake, instead of owning up to it she was adamant that I would not be seen today. I did everything on my part correctly on time,& confirmed appointment. This place really needs to teach their staff the to be respectful & the ability to problem solve. Very disappointed in my experience at Svs visions in Troy off Maple rd.

I have been loyal customer coming back to this place for years, never questioned charges, paying all bills accordingly, even that they never provided itemized receipts. The problem is, when you do not have itemized receipts, you do not know what you are paying for. You end up paying more, than you were originally told.
Also, how can you make claims to your insurance, if you end up without itemized receipts.
Calling them and asking for explanation will get you flustered, because they make you feel that you are offending them by asking these questions regarding your charges.
I guess, l was a good customer, when I was paying all bills without asking questions regarding charges. But it changed quickly, when you are asking for something that is actually your right to do so.
I am very disappointed with this place.

If only Dr. Sorter were teaching some of the physicians I work with how to listen to their patients and how to explain their recommendations so the patient can understand.
Dr. Sorter’s skill in this area is unmatched in my experience. I should also mention that people who work for him are unfailingly helpful and cordial.
I definitely feel like I’m doing a friend a favor when I recommend his practice. I’m grateful to the friend who introduced me.

This office is terrible. The office manager DJ waited until 15 minutes before my appointment to call and confirm. She was rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I have a disabled child who needed medical attention and we were treated very badly. I was very disappointed in choosing this facility and no longer have any dealings with this facility.

I walked in a stranger and left feeling like I was family!
After visiting multiple shops and manufacturers Eye & I was the only shop that offered to assist me in a way that I wanted with a special request. It made me want to do business with them. Their patience and going above and beyond all others resulted in me purchasing 2 pairs from them. They have an amazing selection, fashionable brands, frames, and are personable. Thank you to Joe the owner and Joy who spent so much time helping me find what I was looking for. See you again soon!!

My kid had his first eye appointment here and it was amazing. They were very patient with him even as he was getting silly and changing the shape names. Such a positive experience for my and my kiddo! 100% coming back again.

Cheerful and friendly staff, but also professional. Very thorough. I don't know anyone who likes eye exams, but these guys made me feel very welcome and right at home.

I was recently seen by Dr. Lund for an eye exam, and was extremely impressed with him as a physician. He went above and beyond to provide top-notch eye care, and was thorough in his assessment. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. His knowledge and passion for his field was evident throughout the examination. He explained each step, making sure that I understood what was happening, and why.
I gave this review 5 stars because it is for Dr. Lund himself, and has nothing to do with his staff. I was a bit surprised at how unprofessional one of the staff members was after becoming overwhelmed. While she explained the purpose of each test, and took the time to answer my questions, she displayed frustration for her colleagues and it was evident by her loud statements, etc. She was verbal, and made her frustrations known throughout the entire office which has no place in a professional setting around customers.
Overall, I was very happy with the care that I received, and would recommend to others, although adults should act like adults in professional settings.

The staff and the medical environment are just great. I would have given five stars but I am not satisfied with the lenses I had implanted. I spent $9,000. on the Panoptix. With those lenses my distance and intermediate are very good. The near for reading is disappointing and requires readers. And, I have auras and rings around oncoming headlights at night. Sometimes an overhead light at a restaurant will cause this also. My wife spent $5,000. and is pleased with her lenses because she knew she would have to wear readers. One of my neighbors opted for one lense for far and one for near and is very pleased. I wish I had done more research on the lenses. Overall, my vision is much better. Maybe my expectations were too high for the Panoptics.
