My daughter and I have been coming here for years! No issues until this year...we have set co pays with our eye insurance and suddenly they want to charge more....greedy money hungry I guess. After explaining to them and showing them my co pay they still refuse to accept that was the correct amount to be paid. They also tried charging me for a "Premium " contact fitting because they get paid more...I have been going here for 5 or more years and never had or been billed a premium fitting. I called the insurance to verify that I was not a premium fitting under their guidelines. They even called the doctor who was furious with them, Because she wasn't able to bill how she wanted. Told them she'd be dropping their insurance. Last straw was when I went to schedule my daughter and they want to charge $60-90 for her contact fitting when our copay is $40. Any who if you like being scammed and over charged come here!

Came in for an eye exam and was extremely pleased by how kind the staff was. Everyone was very helpful and the exam was quick and thorough. Definitely coming back here for any of my optic needs!

I was just reading that people get hung up on and the lady that answered the phone just did that lol after I asked if they took walk ins for eye exams. She said yes we do. Then she asked if I had insurance. I said no and she said “you actually do need an appointment” and hung up . Well I guess they don’t want cash

Can anyone help me understand this? About a year ago, I saw Dr. Villani. he was very nice and seemed very competent.He told me my cataracts were so large he couldn’t examine my eyes. Since then, several ophthalmologists have told me I had very small cataracts and didn’t need surgery. Who is right? How can I know? Any ideas?

This was the absolute best optometrist experience I've ever had. Dr. Le and her assistant were so knowledgeable and efficient. I also received the most personable help finding the right frames and lenses. I totally reccomend this clinic to anyone seeking an educated and quality eye care group.

Bad customer service. No Respect for appointments. My appointments were canceled without my approval. Absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot give it a zero star.

It doesn't matter if you got an appointment or not they will see who they want to see and when they want to see them very unprofessional

Oh my goodness, it was a wonderful experience. The office help, treated us like family. So kind & helpful. It was a pleasure. I was real nervous & had a lot of questions. They were very professional, about all my questions. Dr. Shelby what amazing guy. He went through every possible option and we agreed on what was best for me. You can’t get any better than that.

SVS is a great place to go for eye exam and glasses/contacts. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. My exam was thorough and everything was explained extremely well. I highly recommend SVS for your optical care.

My daughter broke her glasses and we saw Dr. Lorne. He is very professional! Natasha, Amy, and Jackie are very nice! Jackie and Natasha talked about the transition glasses with mirror finishes! They look great! My daughter has a pink pair! THANKS Dr. Lorne!

Great service! The front desk lady was so helpful. Very thorough in explaining my coverage and the features of my glasses. So knowledgeable! She also offered to adjust my existing glasses since it keeps on slipping from my nose. I really appreciate that. The doctor did a great job explaining the routine check too. Selection of glasses is great. Highly recommended!!
