I see Dr. Dabney annually and he is exceptional! We love him!

Lovely, clean office. Staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr Crader is pleasant, confident, knowledgeable and eager to explain all questions I had about my exam. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Gulbas was patient and answered all my concerns before I got my LASIK surgery. All the staff were so knowledgeable and polite. So happy I decided to get my LASIK done with him!

Absolutely a good guy all around, my mother had an appointment at his office and she’s on oxygen 24/7 he personally stopped what he was doing in his office to drive my mother home when her oxygen stopped working and lent her an oxygen tank from his office. Saved my mom a trip to the hospital

Tammy helped me with my two new frames and I Love them. Rachel helped me find the discontinued Ingrid sunglasses at another location. I truly appreciated her time and effort. Crissy was also a Great help. These ladies made it a Wonderful first experience at the Murfreesboro location. The entire staff from the front desk to exams rooms were very pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

The worst communication for first timers. I hate to write reviews like this because it should have never happen. Please if you want contacts check the price for this service. Every one with issuance should go over with what the services cost before they are done. I do very very appriciate they did own up to they're mistake of lack of communication and refunded the money. At the same time I do own up to my own fault for not being proactive and asking the prices for contact services. Thank you.

Office staff for Dr Friedman very rude and non empathetic. I know they put us at the bottom of the appointment list as the entire room is now empty and we have been in front of many people. Or they ought right ignored us. It has been over an 1:45 hour. Kinda feel they left for lunch and don’t really care. We’ve been to many of Dr Friedman’s locations. And this one is for the( 2nd time ) has been by far the worst. Don’t schedule appointments here

Good waiting time and great doctor. The front desk was very friendly and kind. But the staff working at the optical department where we go to get glasses don't really engage with the patient as much as they should or offer clarifications on questions and prescriptions.

I have been coming here for years. Always a good experience. Patient, helpful, and they listen to concerns.

The worst experience, there customer service sucks and are slow, bad attitudes avoid these eye doctor by any means.
