Best eye exam experience I’ve ever had! Super easy making the appointment online, and as a new patient was able to get an appointment within a couple days (would’ve been a couple weeks to get into my old optometrist). Dr, Fiorivanti and his team were all super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. His eye tech brought me back almost immediately and took the time to make me feel cared for and comfortable. The doctor himself did the same, as well as performed the quickest (yet thorough) exam I’ve ever had. I will no doubt be making them my primary optometrist!! See for yourself!

My son had a lot of vision problems and we didn't really know how extensive it was until we took the online assessment. He had trouble tracking on a line, words moved in and out of focus, he had trouble writing, etc. Reading was sooooo difficult for him and he was hating school. The vision therapy took a long time (20 minutes a day for 50 weeks) and was expensive, but his reading is soooooooo much better it is unbelievable. Reading is the foundation for everything and this really helped get him back on track.

Needed a appointment for one of my children and it was so easy to go online and book! They helped me when I didn't have a physical insurance card. My son has autism and the ladies in the entrance were so amazing to him. Tiffany and Alyssa were great! Doctor Shannon is awesome as well! My whole family will be coming here ❤️

Great experience, haven’t been to eye doctor in decades and lately noticed my close up vision getting worse. Went in and was met by friendly staff and Dr Howard was great. Turns out I finally need readers and they provided really helpful advice and didn’t push anything. Don’t hesitate to check them out!

I recently decided to try Costco optical because our family raves about them. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of glasses. I have terrible eye sight and went in early to look at glasses so I could get an idea of what I liked. They were willing to hold the glasses for me until my appointment with the eye doctor. Purchasing was a breeze. I worked with Jade every time, and honestly she’s my favorite employee there. She was so kind through the whole process and I felt very honest about all things upfront. I would absolutely wait just for her if they are busy. I will go back. They were great and prices were absolutely fair!

They are amazing! All the staff is fiendly and courteous. We had a wonderful experience for the whole family. My two year old was going crazy (terrible two's) and the receptionist gave him something to play with and as for my daughter, all of us being new patients, they were kind enough to go out of their way to fix her current broken glasses mean while her new ones arrived. The optometrist takes her time to thoroughly explain and examine her patients.

My husband received excellent service from Dr. Ishida with his eye exam. Scheduled the night before online while other eye doctors were months out. Ethan was charming and knowledgeable as frames and lenses were purchased. Definitely recommend!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS TEAM!!! I’ve been a patient at Vision Institute of Michigan for 30 years and always had the best customer service, professional care and great glasses. I just had the cataract surgery at the surgery center and their team is also awesome! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and understand all of the complications of the procedure, what to expect before, during and after and you leave feeling really good plus now my vision is 20/20. Highly recommend VIM!!
