I absolutely love going here. I’ve been taking myself and my three children here for years! Customer service is excellent. The doctor is knowledgeable and helpful. In all the years I’ve been going, I’ve never had a bad experience!

Dr. Pfahler and his entire team are top notch professionals. My husband had an emergency surgery to repair his retina. Dr. Pfahler was quick to respond to concerns and questions and made sure we knew contacting him was always an option. We highly recommend Dr. Pfahler.

Dr. Pham was wonderful and pleasant during my visit. Hesleny was such a great help and such important part in the process in Selecting eyewear, she took me around the store and to show me all Options and made recommendations. I had an extraordinary experience here at lense crafters in Whittier. I will definitely recommend them.

Dr. Haddad has changed my life. From wearing glasses since 10years old and contacts for 8 years, he made my vision 20/15 with the SMILE procedure. I had -5.25 & -4.25 vision prior to SMILE. I am 4 months post-op and my eyes feel amazing. I couldn’t recommend this doctor anymore! He is the best of the best.

Dr. Nuccio, was very kind. I was so happy with my visit with him. Through out the years I have mentioned how I cannot see to put on makeup, and Dr. Nucccio right away mentioned makeup glasses. He even went as far as looking up which ones would be suitable for my eyesight. Thank you Dr Nuccio.

I had the best experience a few days ago at this establishment. I called in a panic asking for a doctor who could treat a scratched cornea that same day and was surprised to learn there was an available slot an hour later! The gentleman on the phone was friendly and sympathetic towards my situation as well as the lady at the front desk. It was reassuring to see a staff member actually care! Dr. B wasted no time and was able to guide me on next steps. Amazing customer service and professionalism as well as reasonable costs - I will be back for all future optometry needs!! I was referred to Dr. Owens in 2014 or 2015. I have cataracts and glaucoma. I was using drops and had laser surgeries in 2016 and 2017. My eyes worsened. He kept saying surgery. When he finally did surgery I have lost sight in my right eye. I am devastated 😢 because I am a healthy, energetic 73 year old female. Now I am handicapped. [Phone rings]: Becca: Hello. Walmart Vision Center, this is Becca. Me: Hi, I was calling to schedule an appointment for my wife and I to... Becca: We don't make appointments here. We DO NOT have an eye doctor at this location! Me. Ok then Becca: [hangs up phone] Me. you don't have to be rude about it... This used to be a good place to go for an eye exam, especially considering the west side one has such terrible reviews, but dang. Don't even try now. What do they do, if they can't actually give eye exams and write prescriptions? Just sell sun glasses?

At first, they gave me a rx for my glasses said my insurance doesnt cover my lenses said for me to look around, i couldve got my lenses those same day, i had to call my insurance and they asked why i couldnt just pay out of pocket so i had to go back, i got my glasses and the frames look dirty and like they had superglue on them? They also look crooked. Wonder if theres a way to exchange my glasses or not? Very disconcerting. Staff was friendly though at least.
