This place is amazing. They saw my daughter right away for conjunctivitis so I didn't need to wait for a pediatrician appointment. Also, they are very respectful and kind. Everyone who works there seems so happy.

I had a great experience here maybe some of these other people hit it on a bad day, but Dr. Perry was wonderful clearly very very experienced and very good at what he does and buys at the same time

If I could give Dr. Jenkins more than 5 stars I absolutely would. If I could hug him without being creepy I would do that too. He very competently and gently saved my vision with injections and laser treatment. When Dr. Jenkins became aware of my incredible copayments he got involved and had his staff reaching out to me. I am so grateful to have been referred to RIV. The front staff, clinical staff, and the doctor all work so well together. I look forward to my appointments now and getting my good reports!

I recommend Dr Au highly. When I was having eye problems, she did a comprehensive exam and clearly explained my options for cataract surgery. She got me connected quickly to the best surgeon at Wills Eye and a retinal specialist. She and her staff helped me pick reading glasses I love. They accept most insurance, have reasonable rates, and offer weekend including Sunday hours. There is onsite parking, but avoid coming Sunday morning because of the dim sum/shopping rush in the Plaza.

Horrible Horrible customer service! I have been trying to call KP Vision Essentials Optical Center for a week now to ask questions about contact lenses. I work and cannot go in there before they close. They never answer the phone. I have also called the KP Specialty Appointment line. They tried to call, and also got no answer. Several times, they have sent messages telling them to call me back. They never have! I have made a complaint with Member services but have not yet heard back. I used to work for Kaiser in Southern California and this never would have been tolerated!

Dr. Ragan and her staff are amazing. They are knowledgeable and very attentive. Dr. Ragan listens to her clients and answers any questions they may have. I highly recommend Ragan Family Eye Care.

Worst customer service when trying to reach to speak to someone regarding prescriptions! Keep getting transferred to a mail box that is full over and over again. They don't even have the decency to answer my call!! They just pick up and transfer don't even ask or say anything! If you all don't like your job look for something else!!

I really don’t know how this place has a 4.9 stars for service if the patient have to do everything themselves and most of the staff all they do is collect payment or try to sell you something. Otherwise they walk away from you. Wish I could have said a lot more but I have been to many places and met many people to know the difference between good service and when we are just a number and potential profit to their business. On the other hand, the service and professionalism from the doctor was excellent. On my believe, I was provided the best service.
