I stopped in for the first time to get some sunglasses fixed, and had a wonderful experience. Doug was kind and super helpful, he answered all my questions and brought my glasses back to life with a much faster turn around time than I imagined, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place!

Been going here since 2nd grade! The last few visits ive had were fantastic tho! The person at the main desk was warm and kind definitely made me smile right when I walked in. Then I believe its Kim whos the one whos really made my last visits easy n comfortable. Really helped with getting a good deal on my eyeglasses as well as my partner who got in basically right away for an eye exam when he tagged along with me( and got a better deal than me on 3 frames). Also just was great timing with sales going on and coming at 11. This visit was one full of smiles.

Not a nice man. Doesn't listen. Not patient. Actually very rude. As if I was making his life more difficult having to examine me. I do not recommend him. Go elsewhere~!

Their customers service skills are bad. Between two employees no one said hi. Even though i asked what my insurance covered they put their lenses in my order without asking which cant be changed after 30 minutes. They did the same thing to my husband last time he got his glasses. We won't be going there again.

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant to work with. The doctor was amazing and got my prescription just right. He put me in a new brand of contact lenses and was very attentive to my concerns of my vision and comfort of contact lenses. I am very pleased with Magnolia Vision Center and will be returning as well as my husband. I highly recommend them.

My 16 yr old has ADHD, they handled him with extra care & we finished on time. Dr. Wong is extremely thorough & friendly as he examines efficiently. He listens to your concerns & actually investigates them. His assistant is warm & so knowledgeable.

Very happy with the service and especially the quality of the eye exam - I never thought that there could be that much a difference but Nicole Sim was just outstanding.

Had a complex Cataract surgery and all the staff were supportive, engaged, and attentive to my needs. When I had follow up questions, they answered quickly. Dr. Khan personally called post surgery to check up on me. Outstanding services!
