Great staff and Dr Mann really makes it a pleasant experience. He's very nice and just has very lovely attitude. I've been coming here since I was 13 (38 now but different Drs back then) and now I bring my kids here as well. I've never had an issue or bad moment here. Highly recommend.

Thorough, kind, knows her stuff. Gone to her for years

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper for years and have gotten my glasses and contacts exam through him. Last year I had free vision benefits through my insurance and had my annual exam done with a different in-network doctor. Unfortunately, I feel like the prescription I was given was not accurate because I couldn’t see as clearly as I should have. This year I went back to doctor Cooper. After a thorough evaluation, I am confident to say I am able to see clearly again. Doctor Cooper is honest, thorough and very experienced. I fully recommend Dr. Cooper; I will not go to another doctor again.

I usually dont write reviews no matter good or bad experience. But this time I felt like I have to. Exam itself was okay. I added contact lenses to my exam, and they told me they will call me in 7-10 days when the lenses are ready. But they never did. I called them myself and woman that "tried" to assist me was so rude. I felt like I was treated like a liar, thank God I saved copy of receipt, prescription, all the emails that I received when I scheduled the appointment. So I was able to provide all the information that she asked.
