Amazing experience with Dr. Hyver and his team through and through. The surgery was completely painless, with no complications, and a super fast recovery process. Would recommend to anyone looking to get lasik!

Dr Neel Desai at The Eye Institute of West Florida and his team will exceed your expectations. In a time where doctors literally have 10 minutes to see you this man went above and beyond. He is kind. He is smart. And he is gifted. He will take the time to explain your problem. He will give you all the options you need to make an intelligent decision. The Lord lead me to this angel and his amazing team to help with a very difficult situation. Florida is lucky to have him.

Best eye exam ever! Impeccable selection of eyewear! Staff could not be more helpful! And Phil Clayton, can't say enough about him! The best experience ever! You're missing it if you don't go to TSO for eyewear needs!

Let's face it, life is about "experiences". You are either buying or selling a service or product and in some cases it's both. So why not choose a place that creates the experience along the way! Today, I had my first eye appointment at Sun State Eye Care. Now the experience didn't start today, it actually started from the initial conversation I had with Diane, who was well diverse in her role, an expert I would say in explaining the process, the paperwork, location as well as what was expected of me as a new client. I than received a voicemail from her the day prior to my appointment as a courtesy so I wouldn't forget as well as to share the same level of respect to Sun State Eye Care in the event I couldn't make my appointment. As a business owner myself, I appreciate the shared responsibility between client and doctor to ensure the best possible experience while having respect for other patients that are in need of an appointment. As I arrived to my appointment "ahead of schedule, as asked", I was immediately greeted by the friendly ,smiling, upbeat, voice of Diane. Now folks, this is critical...this is all about being "intentional!" Nothing was more important to her at that very moment, than greeting me as I walked in the door... and she did this with everyone. She clearly enjoys what she does in serving others from a place of love. I had just 3 simple forms to complete and I was on my way back to meet with Dr. Hillier as scheduled. Dr Hillier is nothing but professional, yet what I love most about my time with her is learning. She educates her clients from a place of compassion and care. She is detailed, asks a lot of specific questions and explains what she is doing and why. Not only does she take her time, she is intentional with the time she spends with her clients ..which I appreciate so much, so thank you. Once my exam was finished, I had a clear understanding of my current state of health of my eyes as well as a recommendation by Dr. Hillier that best met my needs and goals. Diane and the team was again available to assist me with the final steps as I checked out. I will be back in 8-10days to pick up my new glasses. Thank you all for your compassion and loving on those that walk through your doors! You all make this world a brighter place. Sincerely, Desiree Hester

When all other pediatric Ophthalmologists were unable to actually manage my son during an eye exam at about 18 months old, Dr. Collins patiently soothed him and was able to diagnose his condition and treat it successfully. She ultimately performed a very successful surgery to correct his eye alignment and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. He's 11 years old now and we'll never go anywhere else until they kick us out when he's too old for Dr. Collins to treat!

They actually have GREAT doctors BUT the wait times are extremely too long! My appointment was for 2:30 pm, I didn’t leave out of there until 6:00 pm and mind you they close at 4:30 pm. They called me from the waiting room in the lobby, just to sit and wait in the waiting room in the back where there were people still waiting! There’s no way the wait should be that long. It seems like the over schedule and that’s what causes the conflict! You ask them when will you be seen after waiting so long and the answer is “ I don’t know”. You’re better off going to the Emergency Room to request and optometrist or ophthalmologist. Just because people are on medicaid or alot of places don’t take the insurance you have doesn’t mean they should be treated that way and their plans be ruined because they choose to over schedule. If tou have an appointment here, don’t make any plans that day because you won’t make them. Parkland Eye Clinic will make sure of that! They don’t sanitize the chairs in the eye examination rooms and I doubt they sanitize the ones in the waiting room.

Dr. Winbigler is a solid eye doc, however you should always expect to wait to be seen. During my most recent visit I was not seen by the doctor until 40 minutes after my appointment time. You usually don't wait that long to be seen by the technician staff, but you'll end up sitting in the exam room for 10-20 (or more) minutes
