Dr. Chen was patient with me and my brother during our exams. He spent time reviewing our new prescriptions and answered all our questions. It was a great visit.

Excellent doctor!!!!! Dr.James Wooldridge for my eye exam and contact lenses fitting and he did a fantastic job. He was very patient, answered all my questions, and walked me through the images of my eyes. The sales associates in the front of the store are also very friendly and helpful when looking for a pair of glasses and explaining any possible discounts they may offer. I would recommend going to this location for an eye exam and any purchase of contacts or frames

Overall great experience! Team was efficient and great financing options. No pain and 20/20 next day! Taylor was the best! She was funny and direct on expectations which made the experience more relaxing and smooth. Excited for the future!! Highly recommend.

Just had my yearly eye exam with Dr.Michelle and Mary. They're always so kind and helpful with questions i have. They got me in and out at a timely manner. I've been with them since 2019.

We have had a great experience with Dr. Bloch! My son was struggling with reading and his ability to track words. He has gotten stronger and more confident in his reading skills since starting the reading program. The program has helped him practice at home and in the office and he has become a better reader overall.

I have been using the Walmart vision center for the past 8 years and every center I went to was top notch; for eye exam, support and glasses. I recently went to this Troy location and their staff all did a great job; the eye doctor, Sue the manager and Vicky the technician. Thank You!

I would give no stars at all to this store manager Wagner for his bad bad customer service and bad attitude when he talks to customers. McDonald's managers speaks better and more professional to customers when order goes wrong, with Wagner he seemed too careless to fix my glasses and just refunded the money! I have 2 kids who do exam and glasses from this location but unfortunately not anymore nationwide visions across the street will welcome us! Get a better management.
