From start to finish, I would say I was there maybe an hour. Dr. Huang was thorough in his examination. He was professional and knowledgeable. The staff that I came in contact with were very nice. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Overall a nice visit.

First they never called so after almost two months I called them for a fourth time. They say oh you have them they were delivered. I said no they haven’t. She then tells me they don’t have a manager she on vacation. I then asked for an acting manager. She claimed they don’t have one. She also would not give me corporate phone number. They finally said the glasses are there. This place is a joke! Don’t go here if glasses are important for seeing. Just don’t go! Blind in Charlotte for more than two months. I’d say adequate time to get glasses ugh!

Was going to leave a bad review but I can't. The appointment went smooth, the doc was great. MJ was awesome as was the entire staff. My problem I guess was with the company that they send the frames to get the glasses made up. They messed up mine a couple of times. But MJ went above and beyond to rectify the issues. I'll have no problem going back again next year.

No stars for this place today! I waited almost 2 hours to see a Dr yesterday! I was told after waiting the first hour that her was “on call”! Have never heard of a Dr who is scheduled with appointment being “on call” After finally being placed in the exam room and waiting for another 1/2 hr the Dr came in, introduced himself, I shook hands with him and greeted him the. Said I had been waiting a long time! He said he was “on call and I had patients, it’s not my fault”) , no I’m sorry for the long wait! I perceived a real attitude from him so told him I wouldn’t want him to do surgery on my eyes ( because of his stinky attitude) and walked out! I know he’s a Dr, does courtesy and common decency get waived because he is a DR? I’m quite certain my referring Dr ( at the same office) would not approve of him talking to a patient in that manner! His “I had patients “ was unacceptable , what am I? Obviously not as important as his Patients!

I had a wonderful experience at omnieye. The doctor was very nice and very knowledgeable! She listened to my concerns and did a lot of testing. I had recently has an eye exam at a different place and I wish I had gone to omnieye from the beginning. If you're looking for a nice place to get an exam or help with dry eyes like me, please go here! You won't regret it!!!

Alinda Mcgowan did my eye surgery . She is a lovely lady and a very professional Eye Dr. i would recommend her to anyone. She follows up her work to make sure you the patient is doing well. A Doctor to Trust.

My name is Cari Cheyenne Cousins and I shouldn't have been able to get into see these fine doctors and I truly, truly shouldn't have been able to receive eye glasses, because my insurance and my income couldn't afford it. They chose to put eye sight and people instead of their paychecks first!!!! They treated me with the upmost respect and dignity I recommend this place to everyone. I was in tears after leaving their office and it was due to their humanity!

Worst customer service from Yaya Vasquez. While we had an appointment, she was willing to take us early. After waiting over 1 and a half hours for her to call us (we have been patients over 20 years), no apology, just attitude. Even the cashier who checked out our groceries said an hour and a half wait was ridiculous. Won’t be back. Will take our $$ elsewhere where they treat the elderly with kindness.

I had an appointment at 2:30pm, but the wait is at least 2 hours. Why do they take so many patients at the same time? Please don’t go there. They already have a lot of bad reviews for the same reason, and they never seem to change.

One of the best healthcare appointments I have ever had. Dr. Wong and the staff really made me feel like they cared and heard my concerns. They were thorough and took the time to explain everything from the tests .I’m never going to want to go anywhere else.
