Dr Clement is good, but the office staff are lacking (and equipment/management is outdated to an alarming level). I called almost weekly for a month, left voicemails, and received zero calls back. When I did call and get to speak to someone, they told me they would look into it and call me back, they never did. I got so fed up with this I have not gone back and would not recommend.

Thank God, this place is getting shut down these people were always rude and just a bunch if scammers One time I walked in to purchase my eye contacts they tried charging me for a contact lens trial that I had already paid for from a last visit. And now I just brought my last box of contact lenses but their closed and the lady told me that I had until Friday and no one‘s answering me. I got charged $80 and I don’t even know if I’m going to get my product so best believe this will be getting disputed.

The best optometrist practice I’ve ever been to, starting off the receptionist and the nurse are very friendly and kind they don’t make you feel out of place like some others do. The eye doctor was very sweet and patient with me she truly listened to all of my concerns and took the time to really find the right prescription for me, I can’t say enough she went above and beyond my expectations and she finally corrected a misdiagnosis that the arrogant folks at Today’s Vision had neglected to treat for years!! I won’t be going anywhere else but here from now on. Thanks again for everything!

I forgot to check the name! The staff here are very kind and will tell you about glasses! They are very knowledgeable and reassuring. Even when they are busy, they are always there to serve you. I highly recommend them!

These are 12 yrs old frames (Gucci) sunglasses they put my vision script they polarizad the lens tightened the frame and got me new glasses with a 12 years old frame !!!!!! These people are one of a kind !!!! James and Ada are the owners and are 1 of a kind !!!! I highly recommend them for any of your eye needs !!!!!

I just picked up my new eye glasses and I love them. Tim and Joanna were very nice to work with! I’m impressed with the quality and value!

Unfortunately a few days ago I experienced an eye trauma and was in the hospital in a different state. The hospital wrote me a referral to see ophthalmology. I called UC to get an appointment. They denied my referral and proceeded to give me an option to wait until August 2025 to be seen or call a different clinic. They stated they do not take referrals from other locations, including emergency rooms. I attempted to plead my case stating that my vision is deteriorating with no signs of improvement and they still stated I would need to wait or call elsewhere. I am no eye trauma expert, but my partner had a recent eye trauma and we spent some time at Louisville Eye Trauma and they were remarkable, prompt, and professional, very unlike this experience.

Warning ... The glasses dept run by Dr Oroville needs improvement. I paid over $400 for a pair of glasses with wrong rx tried to use for driving they didn't last six months and can't be repaired anywhere. NO REFUND See photos. I went to costco and got two new pair for only a $147.

Called to try to schedule a medical eye exam today. The lady who answered the phone acted shocked that a patient was trying to call to schedule a medical eye exam. She was rude. And told me that I needed to have a drs referral. My insurance doesn't require a referral and I've never needed one for any opthalmologist I've ever seen. I wouldn't have minded getting a referral if they had been kind about it. First impressions are everything. Called Indiana Eye Surgeons. Told them my medical conditions and they have me seeing a doctor tomorrow! Their receptionist was incredibly kind and competent.

I have been Dr. Boyer’s patient for many years. He is vey kind, caring, compassionate, respectful and knowledgeable. He explains things very clearly. Recently I had an eye emergency and he saw me on the same day. He saved my vision.

Dr Duong was very informative about cataract surgery and the options I should have been given back in 2008. (My ophthalmologist at the time made decisions w/o informing me.) I felt very comfortable during the exam, and he and the staff are great folk.
