Revision Optometry is the best. My experience with the staff and the doctor, from start to finish was informative, efficient, helpful and upbeat. Dr. Chou is competent and patient-friendly. He explains everything clearly and thoroughly. After my consultation with Dr. Chou, the staff provided great help in selecting frames and finalizing the visit. I highly recommend Revision Optometry.

Dr. Harry and his staff went out of their way to help me feel less anxious about an eye issue I was very concerned about. They could hear the worry in my voice when I called and made an appointment for me as soon as possible! When I got there everyone was kind and reassuring. You only have one set of eyes. I am thrilled to have Dr. Harry’s experience and his staff to rely on.

One of the worse places ever I saw in my life because of their front desk low customer service and especially their lying as saying wait 1 mints then you will wait for 20 to 30 mints or more for scheduling an appointment, cancel or change etc, o any emergency mater. Currently I am on hold waiting for them as they told me, please on hold 1 mint to get referral and now it's almost 21 mints, unfortunately they didn't reply me back and it's not my first and its my 4th or 5th time. Even though 1 is greater for them because they deserve 0 out 10.

The staff was great, very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is huge, so it didn't feel crowded while waiting. Dr. Soni was great, also very friendly and very thorough. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I hate this place with a passion. It’s not the doctors; it’s the system. It’s the absolute worst managed physician’s office I’ve ever experienced. Expect to be here 3+ hours and expect to actually see a physician for 2-3 minutes. The two physicians are so harried that you feel like you can’t even ask a question because they are in a rush to see the next patient. You’re nothing more than one cow in the herd waiting for your turn at the trough. The two doctors are indeed most capable. It’s the system that sucks. They simply have too many patients for one or two doctors. Either limit the number of patients you see or hire another doctor!!

I went there yesterday to pick up my son's eyeglasses. The place is ok, service is ok, it could be more helpful! Not much wait time for me. They also have eye dr , so you can actually see the dr & choose glasses .
