Very knowledgeable doctor and professional and courteous staff. Even though I don't live in McKinney, I drive from Downtown Dallas because of the service.

My glasses tech was wonderful. I had problems with my last pair of eye glasses, but the tech made sure that everything was done accurately. She took her time with my measurements and verified a proper and comfortable fit when my glasses came in. The entire service was quick and efficient. I would recommend then to anyone!

I have gotten two pairs of glasses at E.M.A opticians so far and I can confidently say that I will never be going anywhere else. Not only does E.M.A have high quality products, but the customer service is personalized and comforting unlike common chain eyewear stores. The owner, Bob, has a true gift as he picked out the perfect frame shape and style for my face within minutes.

This was my first visit and it exceeded expectations! The reception/optician staff were friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of frames and it took me quite a long time to decide but I didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Lee was also very friendly and efficient. He explained every test to me clearly so I knew what was going on the whole time. I look forward to picking up my new glasses

If you need your eyes checked this is the place to come! I bring my family every year and we enjoy filling out our prescriptions with them too! So many frames to choose from we got a second pair and a year supply of contacts for one of my daughters to keep her stock before she left for college. I’m so glad I found this office. Staff is friendly, doctors are nice, the whole office is 5 stars in my opinion.

Do NOT waste your money at this place. They are not able to help to get the correct glasses. Im a Assuming that the lady that keep interrupting the conversation I was having with staff is the office manager very condescending and rude.

I went here to order glasses. The woman helping me was fun to talk to. She left me alone to go through the glasses, but helped at the end to choose the final pair. Ordering them was easy as she checked with my insurance and knew what was covered. The space is nice and had plenty of parking.

I've been going to Dr. Hunter for about 10 years now. He has always seemed like a nice guy and seems to be thorough. My problem is not with him. It's with the girl at the front desk. I went to Lenscrafters to p/u my glasses and come to find out they didn't have the bifocal part put in my lens. After arguing with LC about this we figured out that the prescription wasn't complete with the bifocal. I went back to Dr. Hunters office and the girl was hateful and arguing with me telling me that "They should have known that there should be a bifocal". How would they know if it wasn't on the prescription???? The truth of the matter is she just didn't do her job! Trying to pass the buck onto LC. There is no excuse for this and I won't be back.

Fantastic service received today from the eye Doctor named Lucy. Super professional, super accommodating and understanding regarding my condition. I had to have a small stitch removed from cornea which Lucy removed with zero pain. I couldn’t thank her enough! Highly recommend this location for all your eye issues.

My daughter’s doctor left the practice in September, but the office did not bother telling us until two weeks before her appointment on February 22nd. This is not a reasonable time to notify a patient that the doctor caring for them has left. Most states, by law, require notification within 30 days. To top it off, they can’t accommodate my daughter with another doctor. They said to call back at the end of March and maybe they will have something by then. We waited six months for this appointment. They had five months to notify us, and now they cannot care for my daughter within a reasonable amount of time. This is called patient abandonment and I will be filing a complaint with the NY medical board.
