Dr. Farid is the best. I had my cataract surgery with her along with new trifocal lenses that is rather new on the market. My vision was 20/20 the next day after the operation without any pains or discomfort. It has been 4 months since my operation and it feels like a miracle. I am living without glasses for reading, driving and sitting in front of my computer. I can't thank her enough..

This definitely is the worst doctor's office ever! I was told this was the only CEENTA location that specialized in dry eyes and I was needing a new prescription due to a dry eye flare up. I saw Dr. Miles and was in the office for 15 mins to be told something I already knew, then the doctor suggested putting me on an eye drop that I would have to use forever and I wouldn't see any relief until 3 months. My 1st thought was she's definitely not the doctor for me. Who places someone on an eye drop forever with perfect vision and hasn't had a flare up in over 8 years. Informed her of why the flare up has been so bad, no empathy then after she hears I'm not open to being on something long term she suggests the other options. Listening to your patient and their concerns is what makes a great doctor not just prescribing medicine. The eye drops were prescribed last Monday and I have yet to been able to pick them up from the pharmacy. I informed the nurse after my insurance denied the script that they only pay for the brand name, the nurse sent in generic again in another suspension. My insurance needed an authorization form, 3 days later I receive a voice message saying the form was sent. I reached out to my pharmacy and they informed me no authorization form was sent in Friday. It's been a whole week and still no prescription after several messages sent over. The issue I had with my dry eyes is still not resolved. Just a waste of time and energy with this office!

Long waits, Doctor is very rude to his staff to the point I am uncomfortable being in the room as my eyes are examined. Likes to add late fees to procedures when they only heard back from the insurance company about coverage after 4 months. If I said know and you just found out how can you justify adding a late fee.

Great experience at Eyecare Pluse with Dr Shay! I was seen for an emergency visit and they were able to get me in quickly and help my situation greatly! Easy follow up scheduling and very helpful staff!

I've been going here since I can remember and I've never had an issue. The girls are awesome and Dr. Marlay is caring and loves his trade.

I just had my first cataract surgery with Dr. Bloom and am so very happy with the results. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. I am amazed at how I can see now and am ready to have the other one done. Dr. Bloom puts you at ease, is very thorough and an expert in his field. I would highly recommend Dr. Bloom to family and friends. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the surgical coordinator, Karla is wonderful.

Dr Ring a really nice person Felt comfortable. He is very professional. His staff are sweet people.

My daughter and I came in for eye exams and to pick out new glasses. Unfortunately, we had to also bring along my two year old who has no patience for sitting still. This made the visit challenging. Anitra and Alexcia were so incredibly kind, gracious and patient with her, helping keep her occupied so my other daughter and I could get things taken care of. We’ve been using America’s Best for years and I’ve been to this location multiple times but this office has me as a customer for life because of these two women. Everyone there has always been super helpful and friendly but Anitra and Alexcia went above and beyond and absolutely deserve to be recognized for their incredible customer service.

I now wake up every day and say wow, wow wow. I am 70 now and have worn glasses since the third grade. Cataracts caused me to seek treatment, and I chose Dr. Bansal and his Laservue practice. I wanted to have the latest that science had to offer for my condition: laser cataract removal with lens replacement. The results are striking: sharp vision, intense colors, and the ability to wear regular sunglasses, swim goggles, and snorkeling mask. Without my glasses, I was close to blind. I am tickled every day by the results and all that they bring. Sprinkles of rain hit my face, and I had no worries of rain on the old glasses. I can now look through the viewfinder on my camera as no adjustment in the diopter went as high as I needed. The staff at Laservue made this a pleasurable experience. I should have done this a long time ago. Thank you, Dr. Basal and staff, for bringing vision to me.
