We LOVE Dr. Brooks, personalized service and amazing care. She knew exactly what our little guy needed and made all of the measurements for glasses fun! She let him run around and in between his lap around the office she measured everything twice to get it perfect! Thank you Dr. Brooks!

Not only is she adorable, Karley is so very good and thorough! She is a pleasure! The entire staff are so friendly and considerate. They answer the phone quickly and call back when they say they will - which is uncommon these days. Their equipment is up to date and very thorough. We love her and are so grateful for her!

I had issues with my eye that started Friday afternoon. I called Monday morning to try and get a same day appointment and they were very accommodating. Dr. Brown was as thorough as I’ve ever experienced with checking my eyes and explaining to me what was going on. Thank you for your help.

Karla the manager is so awesome!! She spent a lot of time with me to help me find the right lenses to order a new pair in a frame I absolutely love! She was kind, professional, knowledgeable and provided one of the best customer service/patient care experiences I have ever had! Thanks also to her entire team in Richfield. They were all amazing and Americas Best is really lucky to have such a friendly and helpful team! Highly recommend!

Dr. Yu is very professional and knowledgeable. The new facility they have is also more spacious (although in a slightly less convenient part of town).
