Dr. Eads is great. However, the wait in the patient room was 30 minutes before she came in. She apologized, but our entire visit was more than 1 and 1/2 hours. We hope to have a better experience next time.

I arrived to the Palm Bay office and was met with a smiling face from the receptionist. Check in was simple and easy. It wasn’t long before I was called back to start my appointment process. There were several steps to my process before seeing the doctor, and all were handled very smoothly and professionally. I arrived with my patience and with the understanding that there is one excellent doctor that we all trying to see. Dr. Vashnov is one of the very best in his profession. He knows his stuff. He has a fabulous professional staff that keeps everyone moving smoothly. There maybe an emergency eye surgery needed during a routine appointment that’s why I bring my patience. I have a very good idea who Albert Chang is talking about...lol. She’s a divorced L. and a complete c**t. She enjoys others misery and brags about how much she gets it. Those are the worst type of people. Despite what your exes want and what society says, I DO NOT want you back. However on a good note Kathy is most likely the nice one here

I've been seeing Dr. Thompson since moving to Chattanooga almost 4 years ago and I always receive the best experience with him. The staff are so kind and helpful and always are happy to assist with your needs. I could not recommend a better optometrist in the area!

When we got to Eyemart Express a nice young man named Joshua helped us. We were so glad he was the person we got. He was polite, well trained and handled everything with excellent care making sure the equipment was clean, accepting insurance, doing measurements and more. He made the process quick and easy yet worry free. We left and had lunch while the two pairs of glasses were finished before we were finished. The low price was a real bargain. He met us at the counter when we returned with the beautiful glasses and I could see every letter I read!! They had Amazing customer service at this location. Everybody I came in contact with was happy, friendly and super helpful..I was there last appointment ,but you could never tell they treated me like they had all the time in the world. I was super tired from work ,but Brenda made everything comfortable and easy ,She went above and beyond to make my experience an amazing one. Elias did an amazing job as well making the whole process an easy one. I'm very grateful to you both and will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you both for the best experience possible.

Super Doc Aarun Kubal is by far the most polished, professional, easy going, great guy, eye specialist, and or doctor I've come across in decades! He is kind , gentle and a real pro. My laser surgery was painless and efficient. I could have driven my car the day of the surgery once finished. I was reading my phone as I was leaving his offices. Hands down the absolute best laser eye specialist doctor in South Florida in my opinion. My eyes are unreal!!! Perfection!!! I can see!!!😁
