Everyone is so welcoming and helpful! I went in for my appointment and they immediately welcomed me and told me where to go and the doctor listened to all of my concerns and was honest with me about my vision and made it to where I could understand what’s going on instead of just saying “you need glasses here’s your prescription.” And don’t get me started about the girls up front, they were so nice and easy to talk to! And they helped me while looking for my frames and were honestly telling me if something looked good on me. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at the eye doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Casper for 10 years now! Wow the time flies. Everyone is ALWAYS so nice an professional. They give amazing care to their patients who are in need. They absolutely figure out the causes of their issues. He was also always kind and patient with my mom as well. This is what caring for patients is all about. Here's to another 10 years!

Friendly and pleasant staff at check in and throughout the entire appointment. Dr.Runkle is professional and had a student with her. I personally think it's great that student's have the opportunity to learn different things in an office environment. I will always give permission for students to examine me. I enjoy my appointments.

Went in because my glasses were broken with the intention to order a new pair. They helped me very quickly, and were actually able to repair my frame. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Felt very comfortable, and would recommend them to anyone.

I was a patient of Dr. Geiss Sr. about 10 years ago. Currently having some concerning issues with my eyes so called to schedule an appointment to be seen. I was asked a series of thorough questions by an employee Judy, who said before scheduling, she'd speak with Dr. Geiss and get back to me. After not hearing anything for a WEEK- I called back to follow up. Judy checked again with the Dr, who said that he can't see me until "this winter" (3 months at least?!) BUT they can put me on a cancelation list and I'll possibly be seen sooner. I told her I don't want to wait that long, that I'm having concerning issues with my eyes and that I'll look for another ophthalmology office. She then said she'd ask the Dr. again.... No thank you! They should have told me when I first called, that they have too large of a patient base for only 2 Drs. to be able to accommodate patients in an acceptable length of time. I wouldn't have waited a week...and in the meantime - the issue is worse. The Dr. was very thorough with his examination when I saw him last but the wait time was over 2 hours. All in all- wait time to schedule and when in the office to be seen, isn't acceptable!
