First time visit. Rushed as a tech did most of the tests and dr only came in for a few minutes and when i started asking him questions he said im fine and he had to go as he had a busy schedule with many patients that day. Place ran like a factory. Avoid this place!

The entire staff was welcoming and kind. I loved how knowledgeable and informative my Dr and his assistant were and the technology was impressive. After my exam the sales team were so great bringing me so many different frames to try on for my first time and they were so patient with me being indecisive and even gave me their opinions. Great experience.

Dr. Class is incredibly thorough and professional yet has a calming, friendly demeanor. I was incredibly impressed by him, as I usually see Dr. Sherman, who is also excellent. Support staff is great, too!

Awesome experience, can’t believe it was as simple as it was. In and out and seeing better than 20/20 vision just the next day. The staff was extremely friendly, Maricela in the Ontario facility when I did my consult was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I showed up in Huntington Beach the day of my surgery all the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Then my follow up in Pasadena was quick and easy. Staff was also truly friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

The Best!!!! If you have eyeballs - you need to go here. The Doctors are amazing, thoughtful, kind, and really take their time with your care. Then, if you're lucky enough to need glasses, Michele will patiently guide you through the amazing wall of options and help you narrow it down to the perfect pair. Looking for something professional and clean? They've got it. Looking for funky and fresh? It's there. I have brought my whole family to Eye Level and we all have the perfect specs and contacts four or prescriptions and personalities. I can not recommend Eye Level enough!! Great care, awesome frames, OUTSTANDING customer service (you're working directly with the owners)!

The office is very professional and efficient. Everyone is cheerful and there is a positive atmosphere. Dr Brent Norman is pleasant and very qualified.

First visit very friendly and honest. Required to get a diabetic eye exam. Highly recommend so much as my wife also made an appointment.

Danita, Dakota, and Dr. Towe were absolutely amazing. Love this place and the people who work here.

Dr Olivetti was not friendly. The office staff was also not friendly. It felt like we were all cattle waiting to be called. Dr. Olivetti gave me the wrong eyeglass prescription which I only found out after going to another eye dr.

I came for an appointment and he was an hour late strolled in with a smile on his face with 4 patients waiting for him. He screamed at his employee infront of all of us. When I finally got in the office and we’re talking about stuff and I share some personal information with him and he goes an repeats our convos to his whole staff! The disrespect Dr.Prescod displays not only to his clients that wait for him to show up for our appointments but to his hardworking staff is sickening . He needs to be investigated!

Did not have a long wait period, not even while waiting for the doctor to come in. Front desk does need to be more friendly!
