Dr. Stowe and her team were FANTASTIC. From the first steps into the bright and modern office, to her very welcoming and organized staff—my nervousness in coming to finally get glasses was calmed. With a huge collection, Christy patiently went through tons of frames with me, but I was nervous and picky deciding—but she advised a frames rep happened to be coming in anytime! I got to try on TONS and I finally found the perfect pair! Absolutely come to EyeQ! They are wonderful!

All of the associates at this location are super professional, friendly and informative. Wait times are almost non- existent, as we are seen almost immediately. Dr. Wrzosek performed a cataracts surgery on my husband's right eye with flying colors, doing his other eye next week. The patient coordinator Donna Hernandez is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to help patients with scheduling and billing and always looking to help us anyway she can. We live in Clayton, but the 50 minute drive is well worth it for the great experience and service we receive. Highly recommend for serious eye surgeries.

Just want to first off and say thank you to Jessica. She went over and beyond in being helpful in finding the right gift for my wife. Told her what I was looking for and she nailed it, she called around and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I got my wife the ray bans meta frames with her prescriptions. She helped me find the right color frames and they do look perfect. I can’t wait to give them to my wife this Christmas. Thank you so much Jessica for everything u did… I can’t express how thankful I am for Jessica in working with me.

Dr. Lee did my cataract surgery and it was absolutely perfect. No pain, amazing vision, and possibly the nicest man I have ever met. The staff of nurses and technicians were equally as wonderful. I am so fortunate to have UCSD as my healthcare choice

I received the wrong prescription on my last visit. When I returned, they refused to do a new eye exam. I never even got to see the doctor. $85 wasted, not including the cost of the glasses I had to return.

Dr. Tran was wonderful. He saw me right away. He was short-staffed, but instead of cancelling my appointment, he just did all the prep work himself. His exam was very thorough and I was confident in his assessment. I was very impressed by my visit and can't wait to see him again in 6 months.

I'd highly recommend Shah Vision to anyone. I've been going to them for 15+ years and can't say enough about the friendliness and superior customer service of all their staff and especially Vi. Our insurance network changed around this year and I had to go somewhere else for my yearly exam. I went to another big name in the area and honestly was not happy whatsoever with them. They were definitely a quantity over quality office but it only made me appreciate the staff and service at Shah Vision that much more. In fact, I still came and purchased my contacts from Shah.
