Don’t bother with this place. I went in for my appointment today at 12:45 It was 50 minutes late and I was still waiting. The Dr. Decided to take a previous patient. They never have available appointments and will never return your phone call. They just lost 4 clients today. My kids and I will look somewhere else. !!

I have been a patient at Southern Eyesore Associates for several years now. Dr. Dragon is an incredible doctor who takes great care to make sure that your prescription is exactly right. He is always happy to answer all questions and make sure the patient has a full understanding of their ocular health. The rest of the support staff continue this work ethic and are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Southern Eyesore Associates and would gladly send my own family there.

Being my first visit I was very satisfied with the caring that was shown to me. The nurse and doctor went out of their way to making me feel at ease

Upon entry, we were told masks were required. I walked out, but my wife stayed and put on a mask they provided. What gets me, is there was a family (father, mother and son) that was in there without masks. I don't have a choice but to assume it was because they were of the same ethnic background as everyonethat works there. It's okay. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Been calling for a week nobody has yet to answer the phone or call back

From the first appointment, I have been more than pleased with their scheduling and customer service from the front desk to the back. Everyone is always so nice and friendly, which is hard to find these days. I truly feel that my time is precious to them as they do a fantastic job with not over booking the day, which causes patients to wait, and wait, and... Lastly, I do not feel like the appointment and time with the Doctor is ever rushed. He takes the time to go over everything and answer ANY questions you have with detail.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They take care of everything and answer all the questions I had. Love this place! So happy with my new glasses. Thank you
