I think Dr. Reed is kind, however it seems to be chaotic every time I go in. The receptionist seems kind at first, but definitely will flip on you very quickly. I have asked for my prescription 3 times now on 3 different visits and still do not have it. The receptionist who wrote my prescription out for me on a previous visit became very defensive and accusatory that I didn't ask for my full progressive prescription and only asked for my single vision. It was my 1st time wearing progressives so I wouldn't have even known there was a difference, I just asked for my prescription. I was very taken aback at the way she flipped on me. Not to mention we were called twice that my kids' glasses were ready for pick up and they were broken the first time, then we went in today after being told they were ready and they were, in fact, not ready. We felt like a bother to the receptionist and doctor. We waited about 30 minutes and finally the doctor came out with my son's glasses. We won't be back. I'd rather just pay for a new eye exam elsewhere and be treated with a little more kindness. And leave with a prescription in my hand.

DC, Jessica and Toya were extremely patient and helpful as I picked out my glasses, my six-year-old picked out her glasses and I also picked our & tried multiple types of colored contacts today. This was both of our very first times to do anything like this. Special shout out to DC. Thank you for recommending the contact color I ended up with and being the most patient human being, and teaching me good techniques to put in and take out my contacts. I thought I was going to be good at it. It looks easy, but it wasn’t. Thank you guys so much for your help today! Thank you for your patience with my six-year-old! Thank you Toya for showing her the cool pictures of our eyes. 💖 Thank you Jessica for making us comfortable and being so friendly & organized 😇

Daniel is excellent receptionist very kind spirited, Doctor was excellent well mannered.

Doctors and staff are friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease for the procedure and the experience was excellent. Procedure went great and I no longer need glasses for near or far.

WORST EYE DOCTOR EVER!!!!! Run, don’t walk, to a competent eye doctor. I had already done the pre-site check with a technician and was told the eye doctor would not be coming in that day. Things happen right? I was rescheduled for later in the week and told I would not have to wait again, I would be pulled in with the doctor when I got there. After waiting one hour, I advised the staff that I had another appointment and was told that there were still two patients in front of me and the doctor was running behind and that I needed to remember they had two other locations. Not my problem that the doctor cannot organize her time well enough. Ridiculous waste of time. Dr. needs to get her act together. Also, Shirley in the front is extraordinarily abrasive and rude.

I normally don't ever post reviews on Google but Dr. Bokkwan Jun is an amazing doctor and he and his amazing staff has provided expert care. Highly recommend.

My father (a senior) saw doctor Abrams,OD she is not friendly to her patients. She is rude and has nothing personal about herself. However, the staff is really awesome but unfortunately I will not return to this center or give ANYONE a referral to this place. Only reason for 2 stars is because of the friendly staff. PEOPLE open up your eyes there is better places out there!!! 7/22/21 date of visit

The staff and doctors are amazing! It is so easy to go to your yearly exam, get contacts, get fitted for glasses and they all know how to answer questions! HIGHLY recommend them!

They removed my previous review! I waited an hour past my appointment time while three people who walked in after me got to go ahead!!! These people are horrible and now i will keep reposting until I recieve an apology!

I got a swelling eye 6 days ago and I went to the urgent care center, where I was sent to Dr Tran for further diagnosis. During the past 5 days, Dr Tran saw me 3 times, including a non-scheduled, Sunday afternoon visit. Each time Dr Tran asked detailed questions and asked me to ask detailed questions to him. He spent sufficient time to answer each question and to explain his reasoning. On the third visit this morning, Dr Tran decided that I should receive a more intensive treatment. He called the hospital ER and arranged an admission for my visit as well as a team to help me. Dr Tran is a responsible, reliable, and knowledgeable doctor who I would recommend to anyone!
