Dr Ariann Brown was wonderful and very thorough in my exam. She took the time to discuss my issues in detail and was very thoughtful in the plan to move forward with my vision care. I would highly recommend the doctors that I have had the pleasure of seeing at ViewPointe Vision!

Dr. Chavez is great, but the office staff here is absolutely terrible to work with. My first appointment (about two years ago), I was told that there were several additional and mandatory fees in addition to my insurance copay, that totaled about $200. None of that was disclosed until I was in the appointment itself and didn’t have the option not to pay them. At my next appointment, they didn’t run my insurance at all, and, unbeknownst to me, charged my card for the full value of all the services. I got a call about 30 minutes after my appointment (that I couldn’t see right away because I was in a work meeting) stating that they had forgotten to run my insurance, and if I didn’t call back immediately to re-confirm my insurance info, they were just going to leave things as-is. They refused to issue me a refund for the charges (they admitted I shouldn’t have been billed for), and I spent the next six months straightening that out through the insurance appeals process. My most recent appointment should have been today. I booked via the online portal for 5:30 PM. I arrived at 5:16 PM, well in advance of my appointment, and was told that my appointment had been rebooked for 5:15 (unbeknownst to me), and I was one minute late, so they wouldn’t not see me. Save yourselves the headache and find another eye doctor. Dr. Chavez is great, and I will miss having her as an optometrist, but her staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful when it comes to billing, payments, and scheduling.

Ok, I was impressed on the level of profession I received today. There were all nice and friendly from the moment I walked in. Dr. Sidney was very knowledgeable, personable, and really listened to me and found a solution immediately. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an optometrist. 😁 …

My fiancé & I returned back seeing as they had all our previous information. After coming back a second time I can honestly say it has improved ALOT:) we had a wonderful experience and a nice gentleman & young lady helped us out as well as being patient with us. Definitely glad we decided to give it a second chance. The Doctor is an absolute delight to talk to and everyone is very welcoming and understanding. Thank you for a great experience

First time visiting this eye clinic, and the experience was fantastic! Both the doctors and nurses were incredibly professional and patient. During the exam, the doctor explained everything in great detail and took the time to answer all my questions about vision and eye care—I never felt rushed. The clinic is clean, and the whole process was very efficient. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an eye exam!

Although a previous patient of this practice I needed assistance from my optometrist to get me in as an emergency case. This is a very busy practice. Dr. Wilkes determined that my retina was not detaching , yet torn. He immediately performed laser surgery to tack it down. He was kind and reassuring (even thanking me for coming in.) No, THANK YOU for fixing me! So far, so good. Vision slowly improving.

Service is always great, and the optometrist is great. Always takes her time. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Dr. John Pak is an excellent doctor and surgeon. We love this doctor! From the first visit to consult throughout the follow up visits after the surgery Dr. Pak treated my husband with great compassion. He has great bed manners, great sense of humor that put the patient at ease, thorough explaining options and surgery. He performed the surgery, and my husband's lids were back to normal in one week, which demonstrate his great surgeon skills. We are extremely pleased with Dr. Pak and the results of the surgery. Highly recommend Dr. Pak.
