The doctors and people here take very good care of you. Be forewarned no matter what time your appointment is they're going to see you in about an hour after that. This has been my consistent experience for over a year.

A MUST READ! I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR THEY NEED ZERO …. So I visited this location on 06/14/2022 because its rating was a 5 star! What a Big mistake! I paid over $500 to get a pair of glasses that I can’t even wear anymore because I received the wrong vision. Beware before paying for expensive glasses. Guys The doctor had me in bifocals and I’m no where near wearing bifocals. I called almost immediately to complain about the blurriness they told me give it a few weeks that I had to give time my eyes time to adjust but even after months later the prescription was still so bad and of course then they didn’t want to help with another test nor refund me my money. To make things worse I was out another $500 because my daughter also received bifocals the same day I visited. Beware of what you may get from here. Limit your spending here because they won’t refund or make it right.

I called to make a future appointment and due to a cancellation, they were able to see me the same day! As this was my first visit, there was paperwork to complete which didn't take long. The office staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient as was Dr. Howard. She listened to what I had to say and explained each step of the eye exam. I would highly recommend Marsha Howard, O.D. and Associates!

I went to pick up my glasses and tried them on for adjusting. I told her the lenses are filthy. Brand new, why are they dirty? That should have been my red flag. She proceeded to clean with a grey cloth after each adjustment but still dirty. I asked how many glasses have you cleaned all day with that cloth? The other clerk handed her a disposal wipe in a packet to clean it. Then it was CLEAN. We're in a pandemic and that was just nasty. I took my glasses and left had them adjusted elsewhere. I do not recommend this place.

My experience was the exact opposite of the previous review. I called the office the day I was leaving for a vacation and asked if I could be squeezed in due to eye discomfort. Not only did the receptionist have me come in, but I didn't even have to wait very long to be seen. The doctor took his time with me and relieved my concerns while providing a simple plan for improvement. His recommendations proved effective almost immediately. The entire process was handled in a smooth, efficient and supportive way that I truly appreciated.

I have been here for my eye appointments for the past 3 years and they are always great.

Great Drs and staff but such long waits to get appts AND in the waiting room!
