I have been there three times with my son and no complaints for the check in , but the attention in the back waiting room is not very good, and the check out girl was very rude and she got up of the chair before we finish for us not to ask more questions. Patients go there because they are sick and unfortunately due to those illnesses you guys get paid. Have more respect for a human being because one day you might need that service too.

I was experiencing some eye discomfort so I randomly ended up at Lens Crafters in Roseville because they had an immediate opening and took my insurance. The staff and doctors were all so kind and helpful! It turns out I had an infection in my eye, and was prescribed some drops that helped quickly. I had to come back for a few follow-up appointments and each time was really impressed by the genuine kindness of staff. I recommend this brand 100%

I love Dr. Larson, he has been my eye doctor for almost 30 years, I went to him as a child and beyond and now my children see him too, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am so glad we found Eye Care West! I just switched to them after many years going to the same vision place and what a difference. Everyone in the office was nice , professional and experienced. My husband had told me about it after he had gone to shopko and had a very bad experience with them, luckily found Eye Care West and was very happy with the experience, got the correct glasses. It can be difficult to find places anymore that have excellent products, are knowledgeable and most importantly have good customer service - Eye Care West checked all the boxes and more.

I've been going to Better Vision/ Eye Care Center for years and they've always been great. The receptionists there were taking care of an issue with the charge with my insurance and they didn't stop until they fixed it. I appreciate them very much and wish nothing but great things for them all continuously. ❤️ Thank you Eye Care Center

This place is a joke. I went less than two months ago and got two pairs of glasses. These glasses are absolute garbage and the service was a joke. I paid 300 dollars for my two pairs and one of them is crooked because whoever adjusted them did a terrible job and my regular pair has been losing its protective coating because I was given a defective pair. The woman who helped me both times I had gone in was incredibly rude and definitely let me know that I was annoying her. For anyone looking for new lenses or frames I really don’t recommend this place at all. I haven’t bought new frames in person for years and this experience has reminded me why. You can get better frames and lenses online (I recommend eyebuydirect)

Dr.Hillier and her staff are excellent in every aspect of their practice. Great customer service, friendly, thorough, and helpful.
