“Dr Harris was amazing! I came in as an emergency visit, and he was very professional and prompt in his assessment. He sent my prescription over immediately, and made a follow up appointment the next day and continued to check in to ensure I was feeling better. I Highly recommend anyone in need of eye care to meet with Dr. Harris!!

We are so grateful to Dr. Yue Zhou’s eye clinic for discovering and effectively treating my 9-year-old son’s convergence insufficiency. After nearly 8 months of vision therapy, his symptoms have significantly improved—his handwriting is now recognizable, and his hand-eye coordination in sports has greatly increased. Special thanks to Ms. Liu, the vision therapist, who has been incredibly patient and gentle during every therapy session. Ms. Yao at the front desk also treats children with such warmth and understanding—it’s truly touching. This clinic is professional, caring, and trustworthy. I highly recommend it to any family seeking support with visual development. After being told I needed glaucoma and cataract surgery, I researched top specialists in the field and was fortunate to find Dr. Billy Pan at the Beverly Hills Institute of Ophthalmology. After consulting with several other glaucoma & cataract specialists regarding my surgical options, Dr. Pan is the surgeon I chose to entrust with my vision. His credentials are top notch as are his clinical and surgical skills. (check out his background on his website). He specializes in all the most up to date glaucoma and cataract treatments and is a rare breed of surgeon who patiently and thoroughly explains one's options. I am very grateful to him for his dedication and commitment and am thrilled with the results of my glaucoma and cataract surgery. This is my first, unsolicited Yelp review. It's important to me that I share his accomplishments so that others can make more informed decisions. Although I live on the Central Coast, the trip to Beverly Hills to be in his care is well worth the drive. Thank you Dr. Pan! Linda B

Years ago Dr Chang did my Lasik surgery. He was great back in the day Today I went back to him for a yearly eye exam and to see if I could do a touch up w Lasik. He said I wasn’t able to because I have cataracts But I needed to get glasses. His attitude was horrible. He was dis interested and basically sat back handed me a piece of paper ( was not a script as it should have been ) with I’m not sure what was on it. But clearly was not a script he told me to get readers for reading and get glasses for driving which I had said I was having issues with the head lights and street lights BUT he never gave me a script. Just said go get glasses I don’t care where . I found that odd since they have an in house eyeglass person Needless to say I know have to go to another optometrist to get a script and glasses . I do not understand what happened to the doctor I met years ago to the person who had this horrible attitude … do not recommend

Awful instructions

Im highly impressed with the customer service. I was at the Main Campus on another matter & stopped in to inquiry if there may have been any appts available prior to mine. Faye, at front counter was very helpful. This woman not only checked, but was able to get me seen right away. Exam was great. Glasses ordered! Thanks Faye & HF OptimEyes! 👁️

I wish Dr. Jotterand sees my review. My daughter is 9years old now.shes been seen by Dr. jotterand since she was 9months old and had 2 surgeries. But today I was told they would never see my daughter again since I’ve missed 7 appointments which is nonsense. Who’s misses 7 appointments? Not me but apparently I did. How about me missing a whole day of my life with my daughter when I have to wait up to 3hrs to be seen by doctor but have I complaint. Nope not at all. That’s okay I’ll move on. I was on bedrest for 1 month and never did I confirm an appointment back in January. But who am I to argue with front desk when I know that if I missed an appointment I still have to pay my $50 co-pay. That’s okay anyways for the last few years everytime I take my daughter to see the doctor they have new front desk people and I wonder why? good bye Dr. jotterand and my daughter is sure going to miss you but I Im sure we will find a new Great Doctor with better front desk manners and who actually enjoy where they work. ✌🏻
