Excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is very clean. Dr. Perry Lee took the time to listen to our concerns about my daughter having headaches. He was very attentive and had a great conversation with my daughter. She felt very comfortable and had her questions answered at the appointment. Highly recommend!

I’ve worn glasses for most of my life. I have severe myopia but otherwise my vision needs are straightforward. I needed a new eye doctor and appreciate the care I get at other UW clinics so decided to try Eyes on James. Big mistake. This optical shop is one of the worst I’ve experienced. They just can’t get my glasses made correctly. With all my previous glasses, I have only ever needed my lenses redone one time. Not here. After trying a couple different frames, a few different lenses, and getting my prescription rechecked, my new glasses still cause eye strain and make me nauseous. There is only one optician working here, and she is not interested in helping you. From the moment I tried on my glasses I knew something was wrong, but rather than listen to my concerns and troubleshoot solutions, she got defensive and antagonistic. Every subsequent encounter was similarly challenging. The eye doctor defers entirely to this optician about anything related to the glasses, so there is noone else who can help. To make things more difficult, you must schedule in advance with the optician for every interaction, including just picking up glasses. I’ve wasted a lot of time and money dealing with this shop and still don’t have correct glasses. I’m going elsewhere, and suggest you do as well.

Dr. Epstein is the best especially for those with low vision. Barbara and Claire are very much appreciated as well.

I have been see Dr D for a very, very, very long time. He’s the best. He makes sure I’m completely happy. Even if it takes more than a few visits! Not all eye doctors are created equal. He will go above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answered, concerns are addressed and you leave happy!

Dr. Head got me in immediately for an eye emergency and treated me with patience and kindness. His exam was thorough and his bedside manner is incredible. The office staff was also amazing. I walked away with confidence after my emergency. He is now my new eye doctor! On a side note, the office is beautiful and the frame selection is outstanding. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Holt and staff are absolutely wonderful! Robert, the optical manager helped me pick out the cutest frames. I get so many compliments!

Thank you Dr. Ramsay for allowing me to see again! Seriously, Dr. Ramsay is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He cares about his patients and make sure that I was very inform about my eye care need before I leave his office. He instructed me on how to properly wear and clean my contact. The cautioned me about the importance of taking care of your eyes. His staff is also friendly and welcoming. I recommend that you visit Dr. Adam Ramsay in Lake Park, FL.

The eye care professionals in the clinic are quite knowledgeable and professional. My dealings with the front desk staff have left me extremely frustrated and wondering how healthcare workers can be so rude. They have also left me wishing I could pick another clinic to receive my care from as the rules seem to change depending on who is on the other end of the phone.

Dr. Witherspoon is the most amazing doctor I’ve met. He has helped me with my eye vision and has made it improve a lot. I’m thankful for Dr. Witherspoon.Big Thanks Mrs.Rodriguez
