What a joke this place has been. If your smart don't book an appointment online. I have twice and twice they have called less than 2 days before the appointment and claimed a computer glitch. First time they wasn't going to have a doctor and the 2nd time they claimed there was a duplicate appointment. Both times I booked the appointment well in advance so not like u made the appointment the week of. Time for a change to a professional organized optometrist.

Hector and the receptionist I spoke to (so sorry I don't remember your name!) were both exceptionally friendly and easy to work with, and when he arrived he was very much professional and explained to me what he was doing as he was checking my heater. The whole diagnostic and repair was quick and painless, and I was genuinely expecting a much higher bill. Overall amazing experience

Dr. Lukash is a fantastic plastic surgeon! I have known him for 25 years and would NOT go to another surgeon. He is great at what he does; I have had rhinoplasty, chin implant and use him regularly for botox injections. I have referred numerous people to Dr. Lukash over the years and will continue to do so without hesitation. I hope he never retires!

Dr. Blum and the staff is very Nice and friendly

This office is one of the best around. Dr Alley is a phenomenal doctor with a warm and caring bedside manor. Her office staff is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Lukash and his staff are wonderful. I have been going to Dr Lukash for 5 years and from the very beginning he addressed all my concerns as well as health issues. Because I could not have surgery, Dr Lukash came up with a step by step plan that would achieve what I was looking for. The work that he performed for me was so amazing that 2 of my friends went to see him too and were also so pleased.

This place is good. I always get great information when my annual exams are conducted and they are very generous with their samples. I have been with them since 2010.

Doc Loven is extremely efficient without being cold or unfriendly. I would recommend him to anyone in the waco area.

Dr Jana Bregman is the most unprofessional Dr I have ever been to. She was extremely dismissive, rude and borderline argumentative while never actually addressing any of my concerns after over an hour of being there. This woman had a very catty and sarcastic demeanor about her and if you are planning on visiting this facility I would HIGHLY recommend reconsidering and finding someone else. I’ve never felt the need to write a bad review for anyone but I really felt strongly that this needed to be said because I left this facility very upset with my experience and with none of my concerns addressed or taken seriously. If I could give a zero for this lady I would.

Took hubby here. For check up on his eye site. He has Retinaitis Pigmentosa or R.P.
