This place is top notch! Great people and a lovely experience!!

Very pleased with my appointment. Everyone was quite pleasant and professional. During each exam they explained what the test was for and why it was needed. The Doctor was outstanding. Answered all my questions and made sure I understood what my exam meant for now and the future. Couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend this Doctor and staff.

Excellent service love the people

There was a miscommunication with a food order and my food was left at the Sanford eye clinic. Which happens a lot due to Essentia being connected to Sanford. Within 5 minutes of the order being "complete", I reached out to the reception over there and they said they had it. When I got there the reception immediately blamed the technicians saying "if anything is missing blame the techs". When they gave me my food, my bag was open. Fries upsidedown and could see items were missing. Then reception said " if you want to start a fued, I need to do it with the techs". I am not impressed with the staffs honesty and integrity. This is basically theft.

This was to be my 4th visit w/Dr. Wisotsky for follow ups regarding possible retinal tears in both eyes. After much deliberation & examinations, Dr. Wisotsky concluded that there were no tears, & the concerns I had from cataract surgery (glaze & floaters), would eventually clear up on their own, given adequate time to heal. He has a clear command of his chosen profession, & places patients @ ease. I will recommend him given the opportunity.

Helped me with my broken glasses when I was in a pinch. Refused a tip. 10/10 clean store with good AC on a hot day.

I enjoyed the service, the courtesy, and the receptionist was attentive and nice. The surgery with Dr.Kouchouk was quick and easy.I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Good to my mom. That's what I appreciate most in a community of retirees, especially as they get older. I care about businesses that love them, and don't take advantage of them. This is one of them, and Dr. Ransdell is one of the good guys.

I was greeted at reception very kindly. One of the reasons I don’t need instant check in. I like the human connection no matter how short. My doctor also greeted me as she had no assistant. She was very thorough, explained everything as she moved us through the appointment. We discussed each part of the exam. She made good suggestions and made subsequent appointments as needed. I liked her and the care that was given me on my Saturday appointment. I am completely satisfied with my visit and still sing the praises of Kaiser! MK
