Quick and easy!

My 93-year old mother has been under the care of Dr. Philip Niles since 2018 for dry macular degeneration. His professionalism, expertise, and compassion for his patients undeniably receives a five-star rating. Isul, a technician of Dr. Niles, should also be recognized with high marks. We considered ourselves very fortunate to have Isula as our initial technician: updating vital information, checking vision, eye pressure, etc. Isul, by far, is the best Buffalo Niagara Retina Associates' technician we have ever had. It is evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely had my mother's best interest in mind as she addressed all of our concerns and answered all of our questions in a non-assuming, informative, and kind manner. We made sure she knew how much we appreciated her, expressed this appreciation to Dr. Niles, and still felt like taking the time to put in a positive Google review was imperative. Thank you, Isul, for all the good that you do for others!

We love Dr. Swain! He has done tubes on 2 of my kids and helped me multiple times with sinus issues. Please don't ever retire - we won't go to anyone else!! He's the best and his staff is the best!!

Extremely poor customer service, we just left without seeing the doctor after waiting for 1 hour after the appointment and being told that it would be 30 more minutes or more. This was an appointment for my 4 year old. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful to waste patients time like this.

Everything is outdated. It seems like chaos a lot of the times, it’s just mediocre. & they kept ordering me the wrong contacts after I asked them not to 3 times!

Amazing people. I had issues with my contacts before but Dr. Walker was patient and kept working with me until the issue was resolved. Everyone I dealt with there is amazing.

The service, quality and assistance of all of the team members at the store was AWESOME!!! The staff made all clear, the recommendations, tips and advices made my visit very pleasant. If you need a new pair or made and update go to 20/20!

I love how they treat you and they care about understanding a Hispanic person; they help a lot. Excellent service and work.

Dr. Kouchouk and his team are great. My mother has glaucoma and they treated her with ease and fixed her vision. Highly recommend!!!

The people there were nice, they just are incompetent. Couldn't answer basic questions. The billing department is terrible. They sent an incorrect bill and will not get back to me. I have contacted them multiple times and cannot get through. Looks like other reviewers have had similar issues. I would stay away if I were you.
