always gave me a break on the price of rims when mine broke

Dr. Reed changed my prescription and said if I don't like it to call and they can resend the old one. Well, the new one didn't work. I messaged him on the portal and got no response. I waited a week and called and was completely ghosted. I still need a prescription so I'm going to have to pay cash somewhere else to get a new exam because they billed my benefits already. I just want to order contacts, and am unable. This is really frustrating.

If I could carry a tune, I'd be singing their praises! Dr. Crabtree and the staff at both the Orchard Park and Williamsville locations have shown me compassion, professionalism, tolerated my lame jokes and assuaged my fears during the emergency reattachment of my retina! My thank yous just don't seem enough for restoring my eyesight and my life! I, who is not normally at a loss for words, just don't have the words to express how I feel. I am so grateful and would highly recommend these caring professionals!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ratchford for several years and she’s personable and exceptionally good at her job. She and all of the staff with whom I’ve interacted are top notch. It’s a busy practice and wait times can be long, in the waiting room and exam room. (reason for 4 stars instead of 5.) I tolerate the wait times because she’s that good. The office is in a stand alone building which is modern and spic and span clean. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend this office.
