I liked working with Lisa and Stephanie. Stephanie found my new glasses and I think they will look good on me.

Everyone is quite friendly and welcoming. Dr. Steele and all of the staff explain everything quite well and I feel very comfortable speaking with them. I highly recommend them

Dr.Haft cleared any doubts that I had about my keratoconus today 2/10/2017 in his office. He gave me a full run down of my options and even made me more comfortable than my previous Dr. I would recommend him a million times over. I am thankful that I listened to my partner and schedule and received my second opinion from him. He now has a lifetime patient. Tryphena Samuel

Dr Pettey had such incredible patience with our SN daughter. He was totally Awesome with her! She can become agitated in new surroundings, Oshana, Dr Pettey’s assistant also did a great job, she was so kind and nice!

I had a follow-up appointment today from a Sept. 21st appointment & when I got to the clinic, they informed me that my appointment had been canceled via phone message, yesterday. I have no record of a phone call or voice message. They assigned me another appointment in Dec. in the afternoon, which I can't do. The next morning appointment that they had was in May of 2024! I have type 2 diabetes with a bleed behind my eye and they want me to wait until May?!?!. When I explained that it was important to not wait that long because of the bleed, they said that was all they could do for me. 😡 Really?!?! Needless to say, I will not be going back there & I recommend that everyone stay far away from this place!! Have you noticed that they only reply back to those who give them a positive review? 😡😡

Ive been to other Lenscrafter locations in the past and this was by far my best experience. This will now be my go to as long as Aaron is the doctor at this location. Ive never felt more comfortable asking question about my eyes, and the answers to my questions have never been thoroughly explained. And the staff, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I would/will recommend this Lenscrafters.

This is the true definition of a family practitioner . I have the privilege of seeing him once a year and actually look forward to the great conversation and thorough exam. Dr McClain completely erases the concept of an appt and time and focuses on the individual, your family and your comprehensive health. He answers every question with experience and thought. His staff takes care of every facet of your visit from insurance , to scheduling, and will call you within 10 min for any follow up notes. This service is hard to find in today’s market and I will stay a dedicated patient as long as he will have me.

Wait time was very short in office. Staff and doctor Finch were very friendly and efficient. My exam results were immediately available. It's comforting to have a long term history with the doctor.
