Joseph was super helpful. I travel around the country and Walmart Vision Centers are in every city. They always help me with repairs and adjustments at no charge. This location was exceptionally friendly.

I was unable to take my 10 year old that hates to wear glasses to his appointment so his grandma took him. I don’t appreciate the way the doctor spoke to my child and grandmother. Seems like he would be a good doctor but to sit there and tell his grandmother that you won’t give him glasses because you don’t want to waste the states money blows my damn mind!! Just because he gets buckeye insurance doesn’t mean I don’t work. I pay into that damn insurance every damn day I go to work not to mention he has medical mutual as well which I am sure they billed as well. Long story short he needs to learn how to talk to people. Will NOT be back but to get the glasses he should have gotten to begin with and would not recommend!!

Dr. Lieberman is best described as a bureaucrat rather than an optometrist. It took me 3 separate appointments to get a pair of glasses from Dr. Lieberman, each of which lasted over 2 hours. This is due to him overbooking all 3 times, refusing to trust his own equipment and diagnostics, and generally leaving patients to wait in the examination rooms for over half an hour in the middle of their eye exams. Dr. Lieberman wastes an incredible amount of time, money, and energy in all things that he does. Furthermore, after I chose to go to a different optometrist, Dr. Lieberman's office refused to transfer my prescription repeatedly, insisting that "it wasn't a thing we can do", despite it emphatically "being a thing they can do". Lieberman will waste your money and time like no one else. Do not go to Lieberman under any circumstances, as you will save time by driving another hour to see a different optometrist over Lieberman's foot shuffling practice.

Do not go here. He accepts state Funded insurance, but treats the patients that go there with the insurance like second class citizens. If you do not want 2 except Buckeye, insurance or care source. Then you should do so. we have the right to have proper eye exams. Just like people with private insurances. what's ridiculous is he left me Sit there for over 45 minutes while he was in the next room, making phone calls. I walked out and called my Insurance Company to make sure he doesn't bill them for an exam. I never received.. Do not waste your time here.

The staff was super nice and friendly, and the dr was also super nice and friendly. I get super anxious going new places for doctors and this was my first time but they were so nice and made me feel very at ease. No pressure to buy anything which was nice as well. Felt very taken care of.

We have been having our Vision checked for 3 years and Marisa Laskovski is fantastic, very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. She found an issue with my husband's vision and sent him to get the help he needed. She takes her time to make sure to correct your vision to the best of her ability. I highly recommend.

Dr. Marisa is so kind, educated, and generous! I really enjoyed my time spent with her and I am so glad she will be my optometrist during my last 6mo in Ohio before moving to TX! Thank you so much!

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I made sure to have a babysitter and the time off of work to be able to make it to the appointment. I confirmed my appointment with the office 3 times within the two days before my appointment. I even received a notification for my appointment one hour before I was supposed to be there. I arrived at the facility 5 minutes early only to be told that the doctor had left for the day or was leaving currently, (I'm still not clear on which) and also that they had tried to call numerous times to tell me the doctor wanted to go home early... As if that makes it okay???. My phone has no missed calls. It is highly inconvenient. If the doctor knows that a person is coming in, he should stay and do his job. I drove in a blizzard to get here today. I will not be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The bald doctor I had to deal with today was absolutely horrible. Every time my mother went to put her pin in on the machine he would he a button on his end and cancel our transaction. Other customers in the store saw this and began to tell us it was probably because of my sister’s marine shirt. I definitely suggest going anywhere else for optical. The worker was also extremely rude to an older man that was trying to get his glasses fit. If you can’t handle your store being busy then you shouldn’t be working in a Walmart.
