Had an appointment there for my grandson yesterday. Wrote it down and put it in my phone. We got there and were told it was for late next week. It was not because the day she stated is my hubby's birthday and we'll be busy. She said well that's when it is, don't know what to tell you unless you want to reschedule. So furious. I took part of a day off work, and pulled my grandson out of school early for that. Luckily I ended up being seen at Target vision and it was a wonderful experience!!!

You will definitely have to wait several months to get an appointment, but if you're able to wait I highly recommend becoming a patient. There's never a long wait in the waiting room before you're called back. I love that the appointments are so quick because you're never left sitting in a room waiting like I've experienced at most offices. I usually hate going to any medical appointments because it seems like after you sit in the waiting room forever they finally take you back to an examination room where you sit sometimes even longer waiting for the doctor to finally come in. I've been going here for years and have never experienced anything like that, which I REALLY appreciate. Everyone is friendly and happy to answer any questions and they spend as much time as you need helping you pick out your frames, of which they have a great selection. They tell you it will take about 2 weeks to get your new glasses, but mine have always gotten there earlier than expected. Although you can go somewhere like Walmart and get right in, I believe that Hills and Dales Vision is well worth the wait.

Usually not one to go online and post negative reviews but here I am. Went to try and schedule an appointment. The lady asked to put me on a brief hold and I said that’s fine. 11 minutes later and still nothing so I hung up. I’ll take my needs elsewhere since they don’t care enough to answer the phone. It’s not that hard.

Good place to get your eye exam! The doctor is very thorough, yet quick! I wouldn’t recommend buying your glasses here, however. My sister got one pair of glasses here for almost $100, and I got 2 pair of the same quality on Zenni for under $70. I would say just come here for your exam!

I was in need of an eye exam for years and I kept putting it off and putting it off until I couldn’t anymore. I decided I was going to get one and just took a chance and walked in to VisionWorks in Belden Village and was immediately greeted by a wonderful staff! The doctor was great! He was very helpful and informative. The beautiful lady who assisted me in picking out frames and lenses was so Amazing and very kind! I would recommend their staff to anybody any time! Great service. Dr. Belles and all his staff went the extra mile to make special music reading glasses for me. They made sure they were right and made them just the way I needed them. Thanks!
