This place has absolutely no customer service. I ordered prescription sunglasses and told I would have them within 2 weeks.6 weeks have past and still no glasses. Despite calling on three occasions they never returned my calls with status update. Would not recommend to anyone.

My son and I both had a great experience here. We had previously been with another eye care clinic but I wasn't sure about the results so I decided to schedule him for a second opinion with Portland Eye Clinic and I was definitely reassured. Dr. Tam Nguyen was very thorough and double checked all the area where I had concerns. She was also able to located a new issue that was not found at previous clinic. She was very personable and friendly and able to connect with my son given his phobia for doctors. I truly appreciated the service all around and am happy to find my son's new eye care clinic. Thank you so much!!

Tried to make an appt and check to see if they take my insurance the staff was very rude I do not recommend if I could have given a zero I would have

Process was courteous and efficient. Very little wait time between processes. Each tech and doctor explaining what was going to happen and how everything works so there were no surprises.

We met Dr Cahoon in the emergency room, after my mom had a really bad fall. Her eye pressure got dangerously high, and he did an emergency LPI which gave her higher odds of regaining her eyesight. He helped bring her pressure from 53+ to 22. Dr Cahoon’s clinical confidence was reassuring, and his bedside manner was endearing. Although I was there to translate for my mother, he still made an effort to speak with her in Spanish and helped her feel comfortable. We feel blessed that Dr Cahoon was on-call, and that my mom is slowly but surely regaining eye function. This is definitely the office to visit for any routine or emergency opthomology needs. My visit with Dr. Teymoorian was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns with my vision and gave me the best treatment possible. He was friendly and really made me feel like he cared about me as a patient. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Randhawa is always kind and gentle. He never makes you feel that he is just rushing through another patient. The staff is also consistently courteous. Associated Retinal Consultants has my trust. Jan Valentine

Eye exams by Dr Tappan are an awesome experience…..he is a very helpful doctor with great vibes (and tunes)!!!

Very attentive and helpful with the course of my treatment. My cataract surgery with Dr Uttley made my vision go from 20/200 to 20/20 which I know is not promised. I am very happy with his treatment.
