Doctor S and staff are amazing! So gentle and Dr i S is so knowledgeable. However, the wait time needs improvement. Sometimes a long wait.

My experience has been amazing. Everyone is very professional and caring. The doctors are attentive, knowledgeable, and explain everything in detail.its the best place I have ever came to and receive the proper care needed.

Dr spencer langevin is one of a kind he is very professional and knows eys like no one else he is very thorough in his field he helped me when i needed it most. Got right to the problem with my eyes and found the right treatment the first time i owe my eye site to him if you are up in air to wbo to see if you have. Eye problems don't hesitate to book an appointment with dr langevin or Jonathan sheindlin you will not find a better group of people out there they treat you like family ty

Very very slow, it is worst than a community clinic. Everyone is scheduled at the same time and the doctors move like turtles. Horrible, if you want to waste a day make your appointment. My suggestion find another eye doctor!

Dr. Fishman office is great, I have been coming here many years with my son and have seen Dr. Wu as well and they are both VERY! thorough with exams and procedures. The front office and Techs are friendly. They all seem to work well together and keep the office flowing to get you in and out.

Filter for newer reviews and you’ll see how quality has decreased! Dr. Fishman is great but many mistakes are being made from top to bottom of the customer/patient journey. E.g. If you call me twice to remind me of my yearly appointment and after 3 phone calls we agree on a day due to the extremely busy NYC life, why wouldn’t you tell me over the phone that I needed a referral from my primary Doctor sent to the office before my visit? So here I am an hour away from home, seating - waiting for my turn after requesting a day off of work, just to find out that it was a waste of time! The lady said, “who called for confirmation appointments does not know these things”. … really? almost 2024 and you don’t have a holistic software in place that can avoid these mistakes? Well, here I am again researching to find my new eye doctor!

The wait to see the doctor is too long of a wait. The doctor’s office at 329 E 149th St 2nd Floor Bronx NY 10451sent me numerous text messages more than five.notifications/ reminders about my scheduled Saturday, 11/18/2023 appointment for 9:45!AM. But, on that day at 11:55 am. Waiting too long, I asked the person in the front counter when I am going to.go inside to see the doctor. At that moment already patients that came after me had gone in to see the doctor. That does not make any sense. How come I am still waiting? Then suddenly another patient shouted out and said their appointment was at 9:00 am and they were also waiting to see the doctor. They need two doctors for Saturday not one. I had to leave and asked to reschedule and was told no other appointment until January 2024.Since the doctor won’t be working Saturdays for the month of December 2023. This mean my insurance got charged for that appointment I never got to speak with the doctor and don’t know my results. Very bad service.

This was my first time at this place. The staff as well as the Doctor were very PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. I really felt comfortable and at ease. The eye doctor, Dr. Viriya was very informative about my eye problem and gave me so much advice on what to do. She was referred to me by my Aunt Arnette. I was not disappointed for my first visit. Thank you all for your COURTESY, SERVICES and your POLITENESS.

My uncle was scheduled to have eye surgery it was frustrating to find out what time were they were to pick him up the office said someone would call by Friday no one did until late Sunday afternoon. After calling all the numbers on the paper he was given one nurse was rude and sarcastic I told her who works from a surgery on a Sunday she said to call the morning of his surgery. After making a complaint I spoke with a very nice man Mr Martin he took care of everyone including the 2nd surgery. He was so nice to speak to .. everybidy had cells but yu could never leave a message

I have been going to Bronx Eye Associates for years and the service is always great. For this visit I brought my boyfriend with me so he can get seen as well and he was so happy. Since he went to other places and they didn't help him. We will back always.
