I paid over $800 for a pair of glasses of Which I am please with. The service was good. However, when I went for a minor nose piece repair, I was somewhat surprised to be charged. It wasńt the money. Its what I was told. She said, “When you buy shoes and have them repaired, you have to pay”. OK My next $800 goes elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bronx eye care for my eyeglass needs and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by the Santa and the friendly staff. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process I needed They took the time to understand what i wanted done to my glasses One aspect that sets this store apart is their commitment to providing expert advice. Their attention to detail and expertise made all the difference for me. My glasses were ready faster than expected. They kept me informed about the progress and delivered on their promise of a quick turnaround. It's evident that they value their customers' time I wholeheartedly recommend Bronx eye care to anyone in need of eyeglasses. Their dedication to exceptional customer service, Santa and the crew are the "BEST"

It’s my first time at Bronx Eye Care and I am 100% satisfied. I was able to get my glasses the same day with progressive, transition, and anti glare. Santa was very helpful and very nice.

Could not get to see a dr for eye care for a senior. Office personal completely confused about the simplest request and give conflicting information. "Yes dr will be in tomorrow so just come" and then the next day "No dr in today the other person you spoke to just didn't know"!! Afterwards when discussing the incident with a relative, he informed me that they had performed unnecessary surgery as per Medicare which then refused payment. So in the end we were lucky that we did not go as this is the wrong place to go to for competent care.

Dr.Kelly excelente professional, good care of their patients, I recommend him 100%.

My first visit to this eye care doctors office was a great experience. The waiting time wasn't long. The staff was very nice. They answered all my questions and explained every procedure they did during my visit.

The doctors and staff are exceptional. Short wait times, organized service in every step of the process of getting testing before you are seen by the doctor. Professional, courteous and more importantly I left there feeling cared for. Not typical of the assembly line medical care that happens a lot in big cities.

You people are ridiculous! I waited almost 2 months for this appointment for my child, and you called an hour and 15 minutes before to try to reschedule if I couldn’t arrive earlier than my scheduled time??! Then try to come back and say you are closing early and unfortunately have to cancel all appointments. Y’all are trash! Wasting people's time. Don’t book here unless you want a last-minute cancellation or a 2-month waiting period for an appointment that may never happen.

Dr. Susan Fromer is very courteous, knows her job, very experienced and efficient doctor. Waiting time at the reception needs improvement. She is highly recommended to all.
