Staff was amazing and had no issues with the entire process of examination and receiving my contact lenses. Thorough and straightforward.

Went here a few years ago to get an eye exam. He refused to give me my prescription with the PD. I literally had to walk to another eye doctor to get the PD. It's a practice they use because they want you to buy glasses from them and only them. Just read an article that by LAW. Upon completion of an eye exam, they MUST give you the full prescription. No extra charge and no strings attached. It is your prescription. As per the Federal Trade Commission. For contact lenses they have to give it to you after a fitting. Look it up, bad practice. Take your business elsewhere.

Love this store. Second time buying glasses, and it’s always smooth. Joy is a very sweet and professional lady. Go and get your glasses there, you won’t regret it.

There are not enough positive words in the world to describe the level of excellent care provided by Dr. Hanza ad every single one of the staff! I feel like my family is concerned for and taking care of me!

It was very efficient and the entire staff, nurses and Dr were beyond kind. They go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. Including the outcome. I Extremely pleased.

Always been compassionate and caring

Dr. Lebreton was amazing! I had to make an emergency eye doctor visit while out of town for work, and it was so nice to see a doctor who made me feel so cared for even though I was not a regular patient.

They destroyed my glasses while adding new lenses. They did not offer to repair them, provide new glasses, or give me a credit. They simply said sorry and gave them back to me. To be fair, they did have me sign a release, but they assured me they could do the lens exchange and committed to installing them in-house. This they did not do. They sent the glasses to VSP without my approval or knowledge, and then I spent a month trying to get the damaged glasses into my possession. I would not recommend using EYECenter for the shear lack of customer service or attempt at customer satisfaction.

I have been a patient for a few years and spent hundreds of dollars on glasses here. I've recently moved out of state, and needed my prescription information. The glasses I got in April have broken - AGAIN - and as I am a proofreader and virtually blind, I needed to order new glasses online so I could get them quickly. I called the office and they happily sent me my prescription info, but of course left out the PD, because that's the key to making customers buy glasses in-house. I understand this is a business and they need to make money, but even after I explained that I am out of state and unable to come in to have the measurement performed for $30, they still wouldn't budge. From what I understand, a person's PD doesn't change, so I verified that they do indeed have the information on my record. She said that they do, but they just don't give that information out unless you get the $30 exam. They have their rules, but I'm just extremely disappointed that they won't go a little above and beyond for a patient who really needs help quickly. It's even more upsetting that a lot of places won't even do the individual exam, so this information is even harder to obtain. Doctors withholding your own medical information from you for the purpose of profit is legal, but highly unethical.
