Dr Bowman performed cataract surgery on my left eye. The surgery went well and lasted about 20 minutes. I was the only patient in the operating room as opposed to having multiple patients lined up awaiting eye surgery. Dr Bowman is a very skilled eye surgeon and the support staff is friendly and extremely professional. 2 weeks later I feel I can see clearly with no side effects. Cornea Associates is the best.

Consultation and testing for pre-op cataract and cornea transplant procedure. Facility and equipment impressive, neat and clean. The staff that I interacted with, Stephanie and Yasmin, was thoroughly professional, proficient and congenial. Dr. C. Bowman was precise and addressed my situation completely with excellent explanations and covered any questions that I had. Although the wait room time seemed lengthy, once the appointment started the pace was quick with little wasted time. I am excited to have Dr. Bowman for my eye procedure.

My experience with Dr Bebe was great he was kind helpful and very through in explaining what he would be doing and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The staff scheduling and answering service were not pleasant to deal with from scheduling, to insurance approval to follow up appointments. I met my max out of pocket with my insurance company earlier this year. I was forced to sign an agreement that I would pay $2200 in 2024 I requested to receive an updated form for 2023 stating I had no balance due and was told that couldn’t be done. I was told my insurance company would likely not cover the procedure and they are the most difficult to deal with. After calling my insurance company i learned that the procedure required no prior authorization and could be scheduled at anytime. I was told that paying out of pocket was committing insurance fraud. I was finally able to get in touch with a manager by the name of Shanta she was extremely helpful and apologized for all the misinformation I received. I had the procedure done 12/8 and was sent home with no pain medication. Once the numbing medication wore off I was in extreme pain and had to call back to get meds. Today I arrive for my follow up appointment and no one is here the office is closed. Called the answering service and was told this isn’t her problem and there’s nothing she can do. I confirmed this appointment 4 times with the Dr and nurse my appointment was for 8:50 am. I was told it was imperative that I come to this appointment on time as Dr. are only here for 2 hours the nurse even suggested that I come early. I’m here and they are closed. I’m frustrated and in pain and the team seems to have no regard for my time. She advised the only thing she could advise is that I wait here for 2 hours until the office opens. I requested to have the Dr call me and she told me their doctors don’t contact patients. It’s been a horrible experience and I wanted others to know.
