Dr. Glass is the best, their whole staff is super friendly and nice, I have been going here for years.

This is the best place. Their deals are incredible. No hidden costs. They are there for the customer and their glasses are extremely affordable. Angela was our first point of contact and was very nice.Then on to Endre who was so accommodating. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I will definitely be going back.

I went in last weekend and had an amazing experience with Kelsey! I had been waiting over 2 months for a contact order from my previous optical store (which I’ve been a customer to for over 12 years) luckily I was able to get a refund and re-order them here. Kelsey took great care of me and even gave me a new trial pair on the spot. My contacts arrived within a few days! I will definitely be returning. Thanks again for great customer service, It’s so appreciated.

Had a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm loving my new glasses and look forward to picking up my other pair. Last week associate David helped me and took his time explaining everything I needed to know. Today I had the pleasure of kelsey, helping me making sure everything fit well. What an awesome experience! Front staff was very helpful and accommodating. Made an appointment to get new glasses done. First I saw the tech Brittany and she was awesome, a big smile and explained what she doing, next I went to see Dr. Elena and she was awesome as well. She was very helpful! Next to get my glasses and this also was an awesome experience. No pressure everything explained. Will be going back and recommending family and friends!

Miss.Patricia & Caitlyn made my first experience with contacts a breeze!!! it took me way too long to figure out the best method of putting in and taking out the contacts and i started to become frustrated with the process but luckily those two superstars managed to keep me calm and just to work patiently with me… recognize your amazing team they really do go above and beyond for all their customers giving a quick and easy appointments!!! Highly recommend this location all of the other staff were just as nice and helpful!!! :)

This location in Stuart has excellent customer service. I had a pair of sunglasses in the lab getting new prescription lenses and the lab accidentally broke the sunglasses. Phyllis called me to let me know and said that I could come pick out a new frame within a certain price range and that it would be covered. Andrew was the one who helped me when I got to the store and he was extremely helpful just like phyllis. Peggy, Ann, and Rut are all awesome as well in the office. Great store and excellent customer service.
