In my opinion, Vision Specialty Care lacks the necessary professionalism. I made an appointment with them properly, and the day before, they canceled it without explanation and rescheduled it for next month. It's a shame they play with patients' health like this.

I’ve been dealing with Visionworks for many years now and this last visit was the best one ever! I absolutely got the appt times for me and my boys all messes up and they were still able to get my boys seen. I appreciate that! Especially with school starting soon. Your employees are amazing!!!

Dr. Lewis is always very thorough and takes the time to explain what he is doing. He listens to any concerns without trying to rush you. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him 100%! The girls at the office are always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Lewis!

Doctor Bains and Patel are top tier. Very thoughtful and through. Wait times have improved . Typically I've been in and out in 1 1/2 hrs vs the 3hr waits as before.

I would like thank dr Lauren yum eye dr this lady is amazing she will to detail with you step by step very easy going I haven’t got a eye dr like her she’s the greatest I wanted to get glasses with all kind of options but she explained how to begin my process which same me $ other eye dr want you to go get designer glasses waste your $ not her I’m very pleased that I came to her very professional 10+ I highly recommend her and her practice thank you Mrs Lauren yun o.d

dr asqew was extremely nice and gentle it was my daughter’s first time and she made it exciting and easy 10/10
